简介:Inthiswork,wesimulatenumericallythethermaleffectsinnitrogenatatmosphericpressurecausedbyanegativecoronaDCdischargeoflowcurrent.Amathematicalfunctionthatsimulatestheinjectionofthethermaltransferingasisproposed.Thesimulateddischargeisofanegativepointtoplanemasstype,withaninterelectrodedistanceof12mmandasymmetryabouttheaxisofdischarge.Thespatialandtemporalevolutionofneutralsisanalyzedbasedupontheequationsofcontinuity,momentumandenergyinacylindricalgeometry.Forthegeometryofthesystem,theFCT(fluxcorrectedtransport)procedurewasadopted.

简介:ThecompleteopenreadingframeofOsPIN1awasamplifiedthroughreversetranscriptase-polymerasechainreaction(RT-PCR)basedonthesequencedepositedinGenBanktoexploretherelationshipbetweentheauxineffluxproteinOsPIN1aandthenegativephototropismofriceroots.SequencingresultsshowedthattheGCcontentofOsPIN1awas65.49%.ThefusionexpressionvectorpCAMBIA-1301-OsPIN1a::GFPcontainingtheOsPIN1ageneandacodinggreenfluorescentprotein(gfp)genewasconstructed.ThefusionvectorwastransferredintoonionepidermalcellsbyAgrobacteriumtumefacienstransformation.ThetransientexpressionofOsPIN1a-GFPwasmainlylocatedinthenucleusandcellmembrane.Moreover,thetransgenicplantswereobtainedbyAgrobacterium-mediatedgenetictransformation.MoleculardetectionperformedbyusingPCRandβ-glucuronidasestainingshowedthatthetargetconstructwasintegratedintothegenomeofrice.Thenegativephototropiccurvaturesofthetransgenicricerootswerehigherthanthoseofthewildtype.Similarly,theexpressionlevelsofOsPIN1ainthetransgenicplantswereconsiderablyhigherthanthoseinthewild-typeplants.TheseresultssuggestthatOsPIN1aiscrucialinthenegativephototropiccurvatureofriceroots.

简介:Toexploretheprevalenceoftheplasmid-mediatedquinoloneresistancegeneqnrAinGram-negativebacteriaandtoinvestigateitsmoleculargeneticbackgroundandresistanceprofileinisolatesharboringthisgene,atotalof629nalidixicacid-resistantisolatesofnon-repetitiveGram-negativebac-teriawerecollectedfromclinicalspecimensbetweenApril2004andApril2006andtheseisolateswerescreenedforqnrAgenebyPCRusingspecificprimerscombinedwithDNAsequencing.Theextendedspectrumβ-lactamase(ESBL)orAmpC-producingisolatesweredistinguishedbythephenotypicconfir-matorytestcombinedwithDNAsequencing,andtheantibioticssusceptibilitytestforqnrA-positiveiso-lateswascarriedoutbyKirby-BauerandE-testmethod.TodetectthelocationoftheqnrAgene,plas-midconjugationandSouthernhybridizationwereperformedandtheintegronstructurecontainingtheqnrAgenewasclonedbyPCRstrategyandsequencedbyprimerwalking.ItwasdemonstratedthattheincidenceoftheqnrA-positivestrainsinnalidixicacid-resistantbacteriawas1.9%(12/629),inwhichthedetectionratesforKlebiesiellapneumoniae.Enterobactercloacae,Enterobacteraerogenes,CitrobacterfreundiiandSalmonellachoeraesuiswere2.2%(3/138),17.1%(6/35),9.1%(1/11),12.5%(1/8),and14.3%(1/7),respectively.TheqnrAgenewasfoundtobeembeddedinthecomplexsu/1-typeintegronlocatedonplasmidswithvariedsize(80-180kb).Amongthem,4qnrA-positiveisolatescarriedintegronIn37and8isolatescarriedanovelintegron,temporarilydesig-natedasInX.AlltheqnrA-positiveisolateswereESBL-producingandtransferableforthemuhi-drugresistance.Itisconcludedthattheplasmid-mediateddrug-resistancemechanismexistsinthequinoloneresistantstrainsofisolatesfromhospitalsinGuangdongarea,buttheincidencewasratherlow.Never-theless,itisstillpossiblethatthehorizontaltransferoftheresistantqnrAgenemightleadtothespreadingofdrug-resistance.
简介:AIM:Toevaluateshort-termoutcomesfollowingintraoperativebiliarylavageforhepatolithiasis.METHODS:Atotalof932patientswhowereadmittedtotheWestChinaMedicalCenterofSichuanUniversitybetweenJanuary2010andJanuary2014andunderwentbileductexplorationandlithotomywereretrospectivelyincludedinourstudy.Thepatientsweredividedintothelavagegroupandthecontrolgroup.Relatedpre-,intra-,andpostoperativefactorswererecorded,analyzed,andcomparedbetweenthetwogroupsinordertoverifytheeffectsofbiliarylavageontheshort-termoutcomeofpatientswithhepatolithiasis.RESULTS:Amongstthepatientswhowereincluded,678patientswithhepatolithiasiswereincludedinthelavagegroup,andtheother254patientswereenrolledinthecontrolgroup.Dataanalysesrevealedthatpreoperativebaselineandrelatedintraoperativevariableswerenotsignificantlydifferent.However,patientswhounderwentintraoperativebiliarylavagehadprolongedpostoperativehospitalstays(6.67dvs7.82d,P=0.024),higherhospitalizationfees(RMB28437.1vsRMB32264.2,P=0.043),higherpositiveratesofbacterialculturesfromblood(13.3%vs25.8%,P=0.001)andbile(23.6%vs40.7%,P=0.001)samples,andincreasedusageofadvancedantibiotics(26.3%vs38.2%,P=0.001).Inaddition,inthelavagegroup,morepatientshadfever(>37.5℃,81.4%vs91.1%,P=0.001)andhyperthermia(>38.5℃,39.7%vs54.9%,P=0.001),andhigherwhitebloodcellcountswithin7daftertheoperationcomparedtothecontrolgroup.CONCLUSION:Intraoperativebiliarylavagemightincreasetheriskofpostoperativeinfection,whilenotsignificantlyincreasinggallstoneremovalrate.

简介:NanoporousanataseTiO2(np-TiO2)electrodeshavebeendevelopedviatheanodizationoftitaniumfoilsinfluoridecontainingelectrolytes,anditsapplicationinrechargeablelithium-ionbatteries(LIBs)wasinvestigated.Fourdifferenttypesofnp-TiO2electrodeswithdifferentporediametersof14.7±8.2nm,12.8±6.8nm,11.0±5.5,and26.7±13.6nmwerefabricatedforevaluatingtheeffectofnanoporouscharacteristicsontheLIBperformance.Thedischargecapacityofthefourbatterytypes1,2,3,and4were132.7mAhg-1,316.7mAhg-1,154.3mAhg-1,and228.4mAhg-1,respectively.Inaddition,theseelectrodes1,2,3,and4exhibitedreversiblecapacityof106.9mAhg-1after295th,180.9mAhg-1after220th,126.1mAhg-1after150th,and206.7mAhg-1after85thcycleatarateof1C,respectively.Itwasnotedthatthecycliclifeofthebatterieshadaninverserelationship,andthecapacityhadaproportionalrelationshiptotheporediameter.Theenhancedelectrochemicalperformanceofthenanoporouselectrodescanbeattributedtotheimprovedconductivityandtheenhancedkineticsoflithiuminsertion/extractionatelectrode/electrolyteinterfacesbecauseofthelargespecificsurfaceareaofnp-TiO2electrodes.

简介:APoissonregressionmodelandanegativebinomialregressionmodel(NBmodel)areoftenusedinareassuchasmedicineandeconomy,butrarelyinthedomesticforestrysector,especiallyintheforestfireforecasting.BasedonthedataofforestfireoccurrencesinDaxing’anlingregionin1980-2005,thispaperprofoundlyanalyzestheapplicationconditionsandtestmethodsofthetwomodels.TheAICmethodwasusedtocheckthefittinglevelofthemodelsandthecapabilityofthemodelsforforecastingforestfireswasdiscussed.ThisstudyprovidednecessarytheoreticalbasisanddatasupportfortheapplicationofthetwomodelsinthefieldofforestryinChina.
