  • 简介:Withtheseriesofannualandseasonaltemperatureduring1957-2001inDongguan,Guangdong,thestatisticalcharacteristicandpowerspectrumandseculartrendandsuddenchangephenomenaarecomputedinthispaper.Fromtheresultsitisknownthat(1)thetemperatureshaveobviouscharacteristicsofmonsoonclimatebutdonothavenormaldistribution,showingbiaseddistributionofhighorlowkurtosis;(2)overtherecenthalf-century,thetemperaturestendtorise,speciallyinthelast10years,inwhichmeantemperaturehavequicklyascendedbyabout1.5°C,andexceptforthespring,thereweresuddenchangeofseasonaltemperaturerisingfromthe1980'sto1990's,whichreallyreflectedtheinfluenceofdevelopingandopeningandurbanizationonDongguantemperature;(3)exceptforthespring,thetemperatureofotherseasonsshowsomeoscillatoryperiodsinDongguanandsomeofthemalsoincludelong-termvariationtrends.

  • 简介:LiCoO2thinfilms,whichcanbeusedasacathodematerialinmicrobatteries,weredepositedusingradiofrequency(r.f.)magnetronsputteringsystemfromaLiCoO2targetandinanO2+Aratmosphere.ThefilmswerecharacterizedbyvariousmethodssuchasXRD,SEMandAFM.TheLiCoO2filmswereannealedinairat300,500,700and800℃respectively.Theeffectoftheannealingtemperatureonthestructure,thesurfacemorphologyandtheelectrochemicalpropertiesofthefilmswereinvestigated.TheLiCoO2thinfilmdepositedatroomtemperatureisamorphousandhassmallergrainsize.Withincreasingofannealingtemperature,thecrystallinityofthefilmsispromoted.Whentheannealingtemperatureincreasesto700℃,thefilmshaveaperfectcrystallineLiCoO2phase.TheLiCoO2thinfilmwithoutannealinghasnodischargeplateauandsmalldischargecapacity(about27μAh·cm-2μm).Thedischargecapacityincreaseswiththeincreasingofannealingtemperatureandreaches47μAh·cm-2μmforthefilmannealedwith700℃,whichalsoshowsthetypicaldischargeplateauof3.9V.ThecycleperformanceofLiCoO2thinfilmsofasgrownandannealedatdifferenttemperatureswerestudied.Inthecaseofthefilmwithoutthermaltreatment,thecapacityfadingismuchfasterthanthatofthefilmannealedatdifferenttemperature,showingabout40%capacitylossonlyafter25cycles.However,inthecaseofthefilmannealedat700℃,thecapacityreachestosteadystategraduallyandmaintainedconstantlywithcycling.After25timescycling,thedischargecapacityofthefilmannealedat700℃decreasestoabout36.9μAh·cm-2·μm,only0.8%capacitylosspercycle.

  • 简介:WhenbeingplantedinwideareasinsouthernChina(23°23'-33°23'N,98°35’-129°19'E,sealevelabove2.7-1285m),Liangyoupeijiu(LYPJ),atwo-linehybridricecombination,showedaseedsettingrateof75.2-77.2%,whichwaslowerby4.3-7.5percentpointthanthatofanindicahybridriceShanyou63(CK),withsimilarvaluesofgrainyieldandcoefficientsofvariationtoCK.Sowingduring5-25thofMayinNanjing(32°3'N.118°48'E),China,LYPJheadedbefore4thSeptember,andgaveaseedsettingrateof75-90%,andgrainyieldover1kg/m^2.Ifthesowingdatewasdelayedto14-15th,June,itsheadingdatewouldbeaslateas17th-21stSeptember,andseedsettingratewouldbedeclinedby10-15%incomparisonwiththatonasuitablesowingdate.Whenfloweringtookplaceatanaveragedailytemperaturerangeof13.7-28.5℃forfivedays,thespikeletfertility(SF)wouldbeincreasedby1.9-10.7%,foreachincrementof1℃.Thesuitable(SF≥90%)andsafe(SF≥75%)temperaturesforfloweringstagewereindicatedtobe26.5°and22.9°,respectively.TogetahighandstableseedsetincultivatingLYPJ,itwasrecommendedthatLYPJwouldbeplantedintheareassouthof34°N,andthefavorableaveragedailytemperatureduringfloweringstageshouldbeat26-28℃.

  • 简介:Onthebisisofdeterminingthethereelementsofthemocline(depth[upperbounddepth],thicknessandintensity)andthemaximumverticaltemperaturegradientofthesurveyingstation,thepapercalculatesthemeantemperatureoftheNanshadeep-watersurveyingstationwithintheupper-bounddepthlayerofthermoclineandthemeantemperaturebelowthelowerbounddepthofthermoclinebetweenthe300mand800mlayers,respectively.AnalysisindicatesthatthehorizontaldistributionofmeanseawatertemperatureshowsadistincttrendofthelowtemperatureseawaterslowlymovingfromtbenortheasttothesoutheastofNansha,whichseemstohavebeendrivenbytheNortheastMonsoon.Thelargertheverticaltemperatureradientis,thegreaterisitscapabilityofpreventingtheheatoftheupperseawaterfromdiffusingintothedeeperlayersontheverticaldirection.

  • 简介:AnewmethodisproposedtocalculatetheGrüneisenparameterdirectlyfromtheexperimentalHugoniotdata,withoutanyassumptiononthelatticevibrationalmodeofthematerialbeingstudied.Comparedwiththeresultscalculatedbythemethodsproposedpreviously,thevaluesoftheGrüneisenparametercalculatedhavethreedistinguishablefeaturesthatsupporttherationalityofthemethod.Anewphenomenonthatthelatticevibrationalmodechangeswiththethermodynamicstateofthesolidhasbeenfirstobservedfromthecalculatedresults,whichimpliesthatthematerialparameterg,characterizingthelatticevibrationalmode,ismaterialdependentratherthanamaterialconstant.

  • 简介:Twoalkylsubstitutedpolythiophenederivatives:poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)andpoly(3-decylthiophene)(P3DT),havesynthesizedbyoxidationcouplingpolymerizationof3-alkylthiopheneusingiron(III)chlorideascatalystinchloroform.Whilebothpolymersinpurechloroformsolutionhavemaximumabsorptionatapproximatelysamewavelengthof440nm,theybehavedifferentlywithrespecttochangesobservedontheirUV-visibleandphotoluminescencespectrawhenthequalityofthepoorsolventischangedingoodsolvent(chloroform)/poorsolvent(methanol)mixtures.Withincreasingvolumefractionofmethanolinmixtures,theabsorptionspectraofP3HTandP3DTred-shift,peakingatmaximumwavelengthof495nm(P3HT)and510nm(P3DT).Furthermore,theabsorptionspectraofthetwopolymersinchloroformblue-shiftasthetemperaturerises.P3HTshows4.73nmblue-shiftsat50℃incontrasttothecaseat20℃,whileP3DTblue-shiftsabout5.04nm.Thephotoluminescencespectraofthetwopolymersinmixedsolutionarealsoinvestigated,whichshowthattheluminescencespectrashifttolongerwavelengthwithanaccompanyingdropinthePLintensityasmethanolisincreased.Theabsorptionandemissionspectraofthetwopolymersinapoorsolventandathinfilmaresimilar,whichindicatethatasimilarlongerconjugationlengthinthetwocases.Itcouldconcludethatthepolymersexistalmostthesameconformationsandaggregationsinbothapoorsolventandathinfilm.P3DTexhibitsmoresensitivespectraproperties(bigred-shiftsinbothabsorptionandluminescencespectrainpoorsolventsandlargeblue-shiftsathightemperature)withcontrasttoP3HT,whichimplythatlongsidealkylmayimprovethechromicpropertiesofthepolymer.

  • 简介:Theinfluenceontheeffectivenessofsterilizationbylow-temperatureplasmasterilizerCASP-80Awasinvestigatedsoastoprovideatheoreticalbasisforreducingmedicalcostsandachievingidealsterilizationeffectiveness.Toconducttheon-sitesimulationtest,aclinicalmaterialsterilizationtestandatestoftheinfluenceoforganicsubstancewereconducted,theformerbyusingtherepresentativeofBacillusStearothermophilus,preparingthebacteria-contaminatedcarrierthroughpolytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)simulatedhoseendoscopes,andthelatterbyusingcalfserumastheinfluencefactoroftheorganicsubstance.TheresultsshowthattheCASP-80Alow-temperatureplasmasterilizercouldachieveeffectivesterilizationbyeithertheshort-cycleorthelong-cyclesterilizationmethoddependingondifferentmaterials,apparatus,andextentofcontamination.Theorganicsubstancescouldinfluencetheeffectivenessofsterilizationbythelow-temperatureplasma(H_2O_2)sterilizer.

  • 简介:ThemicrostructuresandVickershardnessatroomtemperatureofarc-meltingprocessedintermetallicsofMo5Si3-MoSi2hypoeutecticalloyandhypereutecticalloyannealedat1200℃fordifferenttimewereinvestigated.LamellarstructureconsistedofMo5Si3(D8m)phaseandMoSi2(C11b)phasewasobservedinallthealloys.ForMo5Si3-MoSi2hypoeutecticalloy,thelamellarstructurewasfoundonlyafterannealinganddevelopedwellwithfinespacingontheorderofhundrednanometersafterannealingat1200℃for48h.Butwhentheannealingtimewasupto96h,thewell-developedlamellarstructurewasdestroyed.ForMo5Si3-MoSi2hypereutecticalloy,thelamellarstructurewasfoundbothbeforeandafterannealing.Howeverthevolumefractionandspacingofthelamellarstructuredidnotchangesignificantlybeforeandafterannealing.Theeffectsoftheformation,developmentanddestructionoflamellarstructureonVickershardnessofalloyswerealsoinvestigated.WhenMo5Si3-MoSi2hypoeutecticalloyannealedat1200℃for48h,theVickershardnesswasimprovedabout19%comparedwiththatwithoutannealingandformationoflamellarstructure.ThehighestVickershardnessofMo5Si3-MoSi2hypereutecticwasincreasingabout18%whenannealingat1200℃for48h.

  • 简介:Finiteelementmethod(FEM)hasbeenusedtoanalyzethestressandstrainfieldsandthestresstri-axiallevelsaroundthetipofthecrackundermode-Ⅱloading.Theresultsshowthat:undermode-Ⅱloading,thedirectionofthemaximumtensilestressandthatofthemaximumtri-axiallevels(R_)existatanangleof-75.3°fromtheoriginalcrackplane:themaximumshearstressandR_=0existalongtheoriginalcrackplane.Mode-ⅡloadingexperimentusingBHW-35steelatdifferenttemperaturesshowthattherearetwokindsoffracturemode.openingmode(ortensilemode)andslidingmode(orshearmode).Ade-creaseintemperaturecausesthefracturemodetochangefromshearmodetotensilemode.ForBHW-35steel,thiscriticaltemperatureisabout-90C.Actually.underanykindofloadingmode(modeⅠ,modeⅡ,modeⅢormixedmode),therealwaysexistseveralkindsofpotenitalfracturemodes(forexample,openingmode.slidingmode.tearingmodeormixedmode).Theeffectoftemperatureundermode-Ⅱloadingisactuallyrelatedtothechangeoftheelastic-plasticpropertiesofthematerial.

  • 简介:Lowtemperaturecompositechromizingisaprocesscomposedofaplainion-carbonitridingorion-nitridingat550~580℃,followedbyalow-temperaturechromizinginasalt-bathof590℃.ThemicrostructureandpropertiesofthelowtemperaturecompositechromizedlayeronH13toolsteelwereinvestigatedusingmetallography,X-raydiffraction,microanalysis,hardnessandweartests.Itwasfoundthatthislowtemperatureprocesswasthermodynamicallyandkineticallypossible,andthecompositechromizedlayeronH13steel,withathicknessof3~6μm,consistedofthreesub-layers(bands),viz.theouterCr-richone,theintermediate(black)one,andtheinner,originalwhitelayer.Afterchromizing,theformerdiffusionlayerwasthickened.TheresultsofX-raydiffractionshowedthatthecompositechromizedlayercontainedsuchnitridesandcarbidesofchromiumasCrN,Cr2N,(Cr,Fe)23C6,and(Cr,Fe)7C3,aswellasplainα-(Fe,Cr).Ahighsurfacemicrohardnessof1450~1550HV0.025,whichismuchhigherthanthatobtainedbytheconventionalioncarbonitridingandionnitriding,wasobtained.Inaddition,anexcellentwearresistancewasgainedonthecompositechromizedlayer.
