  • 简介:Watermotioninestuarinewatersistheresultoftheactionofvariousdynamicfactors.Firstly,basedonthehydrodynamiccharacteristicsinestuarinewaters,neglectingthenonlineareffectsofvariousflowhydrodynamicfactors,thelogarithmvelocityprofileoftidalcurrentandthecubicvelocityprofileofHansenandRattray(1965)madeforlinearsuperpositionatasenseoffirstorder,anewmodelforvelocityprofileinestuarinewatersisestablished.Then,byintroducingtheleastsquaremethodcombinationofenumeration,thevelocityprofiledataofwind-drivencurrentmeasuredinthelaboratoryandthatobservedattheNorthandtheSouthBranchesoftheYangtzeEstuaryareverifiedandcomparedwithotherformulas,allwithsatisfactoryresults.Theresultsshowthatthenewmodelnotonlyconsiderstheinfluencesofvariousdynamicfactors,suchastide,windforce,run-offanddensitypressurewithhighaccuracy,butalsoprovidesreasonableboundaryconditionsonthebottomforhydrodynamicsnumericalsimulationinestuarinewaters.Thereby,theaccuracyandcredibilityofnumericalcomputationandpredictionofwaterflowareimproved.Theresearchistheoreticallyimportantfortheestuarinehydrodynamics.

  • 简介:TheNanshaIslands,China,haveextremelyhighmarinebiodiversityandhundredsofmolluskshavebeenreportedthere.BenthosresourcesinvestigationsoftheintertidalandsubtidalzonearoundtheNanshaIslandshavebeencontinuouslyperformedfordecades,andrecently,dozensofnewspeciesandnewrecordsofmolluskshavebeenreportedfromthisarea.ThispaperdealtwiththreenewrecordspeciesoftheGastropodafromChinesewaters:CerithiumsalebrosumSowerbyII,1855,Vexillummilitare(Reeve,1845)andVexillumbizonale(DautzenbergetBouge,1923),respectivelybelongingtothreefamilies:CerithiidaeFleming,1822,andCostellariidaeMacDonald,1860.AllspecimenswerecollectedfromtheNanshaIslandsduringthebenthosresourcesinvestigationsontheintertidalzoneofislandsandreefsintheSouthChinaSeainrecentyears.Diagnosisandgeographicdescriptionsofbothgenusandspecies,illustrationsofeachspeciesweregiveninthiscontribution,anddiscussionoftaxonomy,identificationfeaturesandfaunalcharacteristicswerepresented.AllexaminedspecimensweredepositedintheMarineBiodiversityCollectionsofSouthChinaSea,ChineseAcademyofSciences.

  • 简介:Anewseabedsedimentfidelitysamplerwasdevelopedanditsthermalinsulationperformancewasstudiedandanalyzed.Thetemperaturedistributionsimulationindicatedthatthesamplequalitycouldbeinsuredbyusingthisnewsampler.BasedonANSYS10,thetemperaturefiniteelementmodelofthesamplecylinderwasestablished.Accordingtothelawofconservationofenergy,theunsteadyheattransmitequationofthesamplerundersolid-liquidcouplingconditionwasderived,thenthemathematicalmodelcalculationwascarriedoutbyusingamixedfinite-elementfinite-differencemethod,andtwothermalinsulationmethodswereused.Thesimulationwascarriedoutbyusingthethicknessofthethermalinsulationlayerandheatconductivityasthevariableparametersandthetemperaturedistributionofthesamplerandrelatedinfluencingfactorswereobtained.Optimizationanalysiswasconductedusingthesimulationdataandrelatedparametersandthemagnituderangesoftheparameterswereobtainedthatcouldmeetthedesigntemperaturerequirements.Theexperimentaldataandsimulationresultsindicatedthattheresultswereingoodagreementwiththerealities,andthissamplermightbeofvalueforseabedsedimentsamplerdesignandmanufacture.

  • 简介:Cytarabine(1-β-D-arabinofuranosylcytosine,Ara-C),isolatedfromaCaribbeanspongespeciesTethyacrypta,isthefirstantitumordrugfromamarineresource.In1980,theUSFoodandDrugAdministrationapprovedthisdrugforthetreatmentofdifferenttypesofleukemia.Thisdrughasashortplasmahalf-life,lowstability,limitedbioavailability,andseveresideeffects.Toimprovestabilityandbioavailability,wesynthesizedninenovelderivativesbyblockingthecytarabinemetabolicsitesandimprovinglipophilicity.ThecLogPvaluesofthenewlysynthesizedcompoundswerecalculated.Allthesynthesizedcompoundsweremorelipophilicthancytarabine,resultinginmembranepermeabilityandbioavailabilityimprovement.TheantitumoractivitiesagainstleukemiacelllineHL-60wereevaluatedbyusingtheMTTassay.ThebioassayresultsrevealedthattheIC50valuesofcompounds5,8and9were0.080,0.090and0.057μmolL-1,respectively,whichwassimilarwiththatofcytarabine(0.056μmolL-1).Incomparison,compound4withaphosphategroupatO5’wasinactive.Becausephosphoesterbondsareeasilyhydrolyzedbyalkalinephosphataseandarecommonlyusedinproducingprodrugstrategies,compound4mightalsobemetabolizedinvivoandgeneratecompound3orevencytarabinethroughamulti-stepreaction.Thus,compound4mightbeapromisingcompoundtobedevelopedasaprodrug.

  • 简介:Anumericalsimulationandanexperimentalstudyonvortex-inducedmotion(VIM)ofanewtypeofdeepdraftmulti-columnsfloatingdrillingproduction,storageandoffloading(FDPSO)arepresentedinthispaper.Themaindimension,thespecialvariablecross-sectioncolumnandthecabinarrangementoftheoctagonalpontoonareintroducedbasedontheresult.Thenumericalsimulationisadaptedtostudytheeffectsofcurrentincidenceanglesandreducedvelocitiesonthisplatform'sswaymotionresponse.The300mwaterdepthequivalenttruncatedmooringsystemisadoptedforthemodeltests.Themodeltestsarecarriedouttocheckthereliabilityofnumericalsimulation.Theresultsconsistofsurge,swayandyawmotions,aswellasmotiontrajectories.Themaximumswayamplitudesfordifferenttypesofoffshoreplatformisalsostudied.Themainresultsshowthatthepeakfrequenciesofswaymotionunderdifferentcurrentincidenceanglesandreducedvelocitiesvaryaroundthenaturalfrequency.TheanalysisresultofflowfieldindicatesthatthechangeofdistributionofvortexinverticalpresentssignificantinfluencesontheVIMofplatform.ThetrendofswayamplituderatiocurveofthisnewtypeFDPSOdiffersfromtheothertypesofplatform.Under45°currentincidenceangle,theswayamplitudeofthisnewtypeofFDPSOismuchsmallerthanthoseofothertypesofoffshoreplatformat4.4≤Vr≤8.9.Thetypical'8'shapetrajectorydoesnotappearintheplatform'smotiontrajectories.

  • 简介:Deep-waterregionsoftenhavewindsfavorableforoffshorewindturbines,andfloatingturbinescurrentlyshowthegreatestpotentialtoexploitsuchwinds.Thisworkestablishedproperscalinglawsformodeltests,whichwerethenimplementedintheconstructionofamodelwindturbinewithoptimallydesignedblades.Theaerodynamic,hydrodynamic,andelasticcharacteristicsoftheproposednewmulti-columntension-leg-typefloatingwindturbine(WindStarTLPsystem)wereexploredinthewavetanktestingofa1:50scalemodelattheStateKeyLaboratoryofOceanEngineeringatShanghaiJiaoTongUniversity.Testswereconductedunderconditionsofstillwater,whitenoisewaves,irregularwaves,andcombinedwind,wave,andcurrentloads.Theresultsestablishedthenaturalperiodsofthemotion,damping,motionresponseamplitudeoperators,andtendontensionsoftheWindStarTLPsystemunderdifferentenvironmentalconditions,andthuscouldserveasareferenceforfurtherresearch.

  • 简介:Appropriatepathogenicbacteriawereisolatedfromdiseased(ordead)flounder(ParalichthysolivaceusL)occurringinamariculturefarmsofQinhuangdao,whichalldiseasedfishesexpressedbacterialseptieaemia.Thephenotypicinformationofthe12purecultureswasstudiedextensively,includingmorphologicalcharacteristics,colonycharacteristicsindifferentmedia,physiologicalandbiochemicalcharacteristics,andthemolefractionG+CratiooftheDNAforrepresentativestrain.TheresultsshowthattheisolatesbelongtoanewspeciesofVibrio,andaredesignatedasVibrioqinhuangdaorasp.nov.bytheareafromwhichthediseasedfloundersarecollected(Qinhuangdao)basedonitsbiologicalpropertiesfollowingRulesofInternationalCodeofNomenclatureofBacteria.Atthesametime,studiesontheserumhomologyofisolates,andpathogenicityofisolateswereconductedbyexperimentalinfection.Theresultsshowthatalltheisolatesareofserologicsimilarity,andtheisolateshavestrongpathogenicitytoflounder.ThestudiescanextensivelyreflectthemainbiologicalpropertiesofthisnewspeciesofVibrio.
