摘要
Veryhighcyclefatigue(VHCF)behaviorsofbridgesteel(Q345)weldedjointswereinvestigatedusinganultrasonicfatiguetestsystematroomtemperaturewithastressratioR=-1.Theresultsshowthatthefatiguestrengthofweldedjointsisdroppedbyanaverageof60%comparingtothebasemetalandthefatiguefailurestilloccurredbeyond10~7cycles.Thefatiguefractureofweldedjointsinthelowcycleregimegenerallyoccurredatthesolderwhileattheheat-affectedzone(HAZ)intheveryhighcycleregime.Thefatiguefracturesurfacewasanalyzedwithscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),showingweldingdefectssuchaspore,micro-crackandinclusionwerethemainfactorsondecreasingthefatiguepropertiesofweldedjoints.Theeffectofweldingdefectsonthefatiguebehaviorsofweldedjointswasdiscussedintermsofexperimentalresultsandfiniteelementsimulations.
