Amodelisproposedtocorrelatethecrackgrowthrateandstressratiocontainingveryhighcyclefatigueregime.Themodelisverifiedbytheexperimentaldatainliterature.Thenaformulaisderivedfortheeffectofmeanstressonfatiguestrength,anditisusedtoestimatethefatiguestrengthofabearingsteelinveryhighcyclefatigueregimeatdifferentstressratios.TheestimatedresultsarealsocomparedwiththosebyGoodmanformula.
