  • 简介:WiththeestablishmentoflabormarketofChina,marketisplayingamoreandmoreimportantroleinallocationofhumanresources.However,withthetransitionofeconomyinChinaandindustrialupgradinginrecentyears,manylaborproblemshaveoccurredwhichdoharmtothesustainabledevelopmentoflocaleconomy.ThepaperresearchesonthelabormarketissuesofChinafromtheperspectiveoflocallabormarketregulation.Firstly,itreviewsthetheoriesoflocallabormarketregulation.AndthenthemaincomponentsoflocallabormarketregulationofChinaareidentifiedandtheevaluationindexsystemisestablished.Theresultsofanalysisofthecalculatedoutputshowthat(1)thelocallabormarketregulationofChinahasanobviouscharacterofgradientdistributiongeographicallyanddecreasesgraduallyfromeasttowest;(2)ofalltheregulations,theregulationofthedevelopmentofhumancapitalhasthemostsignificantimpactonlocaleconomycurrentlywhichisfollowedbytheregulationoflaborrelationandtheregulationofmarketparticipation.Astotheregulationofsocialsecurity,ithasnosignificantimpactonthedevelopmentoflocaleconomy.

  • 简介:Inthispaper,aimingattheproblemsofinsufficientsoilnutrientsandhighsaltcontentinWudicoredemonstrationareaofBohaiGranary,amonitoringandmanagementsystemofwater,fertilizerandsaltinsaline-alkalinefarmlandbasedonWebGISwasestablishedinordertomonitorandcontrolwater,fertilizerandsalt.BasedontheWindows.NETplatform,usingB/SmodeofoperationarchitectureandVisualStudio2010asthesoftwaredevelopmentenvironment,therelatedcomponentsinArcGISEnginewereinvokedbyArcGISAPIforSilverlirht,andtheWEBsystemwasdevelopedbyC#andXMALlanguage.Basedontheprincipleofwater,fertilizerandsaltbalance,amonitoringmodelandaregulationmodelforwater,saltandnutrientswereestablished.Intelligentanalysisandapplicationoffarmlandsoildatawererealized,andaprecisionagriculturesystemwithdataquery,earlywarningdiagnosis,monitoringandcontrolofwater,fertilizerandsaltwasformed.Andthe'waterandsalthomologue,watersupplyduetodemand,adequateandmultiple'irrigationschemeandthesaltandalkalireductionschemeof'synergisticconditioningofagentsandnutrients'andanutrientregulationplanfor'stabilizingnitrogen,increasingphosphorus,supplementingpotassiumatthediscretion'and'quick-actingcombiningslowrelease'wereputforward.Comparedwiththeperiodwithoutmonitoringandcontrolofwaterandsalt,theeffectofwatersavingandfertilizersavingwasimproved,andtheyieldofwheatandmaizewasalsosignificantlyincreased.Itprovidedguidanceforlocaluserstoincreasecropproductionandincome,andgreatlyimprovedtheutilizationofresourcesandgrainproduction.

  • 简介:ValuatingthefunctionofecosystemservicesiscrucialforaccountinggreenGDP,makingaconserva-tionpolicyofecologicalenvironmentandthedecisionofregionaldevelopmentaswellassustainabledevelopmentstrategy.Rice-duck-fishsymbiosishasbeenpromotedinseveraldevelopingcountriesasawayofincreasingincomesforricefarmers,butinvestigationsofitsvaluehavemainlyfocusedondirecteconomicbenefits,suchasfoodandrawmaterialproduction.Fewstudieshavebeenconductedontheestimationofindirectservicesprovidedbyrice-duck-fishcomplexecosystem.Thegasregulationserviceanditseconomicvaluesprovidedbyrice-duck-fishcomplexecosystemwerestudiedinWuhan,China.ThemajorcomponentsofgasregulationareO2emissionandgreenhousegases(GHGs,CO2)regulation.TheresultsshowthatO2emissionfromdifferenttreatments(includingrice-duck(RD),rice-fish(RF),rice-duck-fish(RDF)andrice(CK))rangedfrom26,370kg/hato33,910kg/haperyear,withaneco-nomicvalueof10,050-12,920yuan/haperyear(Chinesecurrency:1euro=10.2475yuan,August28,2007).ThenetGHGsexchangevariedfrom1,200to3,320kg/haperyear,anditseconomicvaluerangedfrom1,040yuan/hato2,900yuan/haperyear.Consequently,thetotaleconomicvalueofgasregulationprovidedbysymbiosiscomplexecosystemsrangedfrom11,090yuan/hato15,820yuan/haperyear,andthemaximumoveralleconomicvalueofgasregulationwasprovidedbyRDFcomplexecosystem.Theworkwillbeusefulforfurtherunderstandingofthefunc-tionsofrice-duck-fishcomplexecosystemservicesandsupplyingthetheoreticalreferencestoagriculturalpolicy.

  • 简介:Thisarticleconsiders30provincesofChinaasthecross-sectionsubjects,andutilizesthedatasamplefrom2009to2015ofthesecross-sectionstoformulateaSpatialPanelDataDurbinModeltoanalyzetheeffectofenvironmentalregulationonemployment.Theresultindicatesthatenvironmentalregulationhasnegativeeffectonemploymentwiththeconsiderationofspatialspillovereffect,andthisadverseeffectisnotsignificantmathematically.Withtheenhanceofenvironmentalregulation,thenegativeimpactonemploymentwilldecreaseaccordingly,evenmayeventuallypromotejobgrowth,whichmeanstheremaybeanon-linearrelationshipbetweenthem.Specifically,thedirecteffectofenvironmentalregulationonemploymentindicatesthatitisbeneficialforjobgrowthwhereastheindirecteffectillustratethatitisdetrimentalforemployment.

  • 简介:Thispaperadoptsthecomprehensiveindexmethodtobuildenvironmentalregulationintensityindex.Basedon"PorterHypothesis",itempiricallyexaminestherelationshipbetweenenvironmentalregulationintensityandregionaltechnologyinnovationusingtheeasternandmid-Chinaregion’sprovincialpaneldatafrom2005to2013andpaneldatamethod.Theresultsshowthat:(1)Intheeasternandcentralregions,therelationshipbetweentheintensityofenvironmentalregulationandtechnologicalinnovationpresentsa"U"shape,and"PorterHypothesis"canbeverified;(2)Theeasternregioncanbreak"U"inflectionpointearlierthanthecentralregion.Therefore,thegovernmentshouldnotonlystrengthentheintensityofenvironmentalregulation,butalsopayattentiontoenvironmentalregulationform,formulatereasonableenvironmentalregulationpolicy,activelyguidetheenterprisestoseekouttechnologyinnovationinordertorealizewin-winsituationofenvironmentalprotectionandeconomicdevelopment.
