  • 简介:AfterthereleaseofthepreviousreporttotheCommitteeonSpaceResearch(COSPAR)onprogressachievedbyChinesescientistsinionosphericresearches(LiuLBandWanWX,2016),intherecenttwoyears(2016–2017)manyinterestingnewinvestigationsintovariousionosphericrelatedissueshavebeencompleted.Inthisreport,about100publicationsaresummarized.Thetopicshighlightedareasfollows:Ionosphericspaceweather,ionosphericdynamics,ionosphericclimatologyandmodelling,ionosphericirregularityandscintillation,GlobalNavigationSatelliteSystem(GNSS)relatedionosphericissuesandothertechniques,andradiowavepropagationintheionosphere.AnoutstandingfeatureisthatmoreandmoreobservationsfromtheMeridionalProjectsupportedtheionosphericinvestigations.

  • 简介:摘要:煤是中国的主导的精力资源。煤地质的探索是煤工业的持续开发的基础。自从1990年代末,在中国煤地质学和探索技术的进展在下列方面被显示出。(1)煤地质学的基本研究从传统的地质的研究改变了到地球系统科学;(2)突破为煤资源在综合探索技术被完成了;(3)煤和coalbed甲烷资源的评估为为中国的煤工业和大煤底的建设做的macropolicy提供重要基础;(4)重要进展在在煤使用信息技术被做了地质的探索和3S(GPS,GIS,RS)技术。目前并且时间的一个时期以后,中国煤的主要任务地质的技术如下:(1)在东方中国和深采矿的地质的问题解决资源代替问题;(2)在华中,和资源问题的精力底解决复杂区域的综合的煤探索的问题由煤利用导致了;(3)作努力在西方的中国提高地质的研究的水平和煤累积盆的资源评估;(4)加强干净的煤技术的地质的研究;(5)在现代的煤采矿和安全生产加强这些问题的地质的研究;(6)在煤资源和主要地质的调查支持信息技术。

  • 简介:WesimulateGPShorizontalvelocityfieldintermsofrotationsofcrustalblockstodescribedeformationbehavioroftheChinesemainlandanditsneighboringareas.31crustalblocksareboundedprimarilyby~30Quaternaryfaultswithdistinctgeometriesandvariablelong-termratesof<20mm/a,and1683GPSvelocitiesweredeterminedfromdecade-longobservationsmostlywithanaverageduncertaintyof1?2mm/a.WedefineGPSvelocityatasitebythecombinationofmotionofrigidblockandelasticstraininducedbythefaultthatislockingduringaseismiccycle.ModelvelocitiespredictedfromthepreferableblockmodelmatchwellwiththeGPSvelocitiestoanuncertaintyof~1.7mm/a.Theslipratesinferredfromthismodelisinarangeof6?18mm/aforthemajorfaultsinTibetanditsmarginsand1?4mm/aineasternChina,consistentwithgeologicalobservations.Ournumericalsimulationsuggeststhatthecrustalblocksdeforminternallyatalevelof~10×10-9/a,quitesmallincomparisonwithsignificantdeformationlocalizedalongfaultzonesof50?100kmwide.Weconcludethatthepatternofcontinentaldeformationisnotcontinuous-likebutblock-like,andthetenetofplatetectonicsmaybeapplicabletocharacterizetheactivedeformationinAsia.

  • 简介:Basedonthestrongearthquakecatalogue,thispaperdiscussesthecharacteristicsofthetimeseriesofstrongearthquakeactivitiesintheworld,westernChinesemainlandanditsperipheral"bigtriangleseismicregion",aswellastheChinesemainland.AccordingtotheanalysisoftheperiodicfeaturesofglobalseismicityofM≥8.0strongevents,itisfoundthatthereissignificantdifferenceinglobalseismicitybeforeandafterthe1960s.StatisticalanalysiswiththeFishermethodhasrevealedthatthe"bigtriangularseismicregion"hasexperiencedaprocessofM8.0earthquakeactivitywithadurationofoverahundredyearssince1800.Furtheranalysisshowsthattheglobalseismicityandthe"bigtriangularseismicregion"possiblyhasaperiodofahundred-yearscale,andhasquasisynchronicitytoacertainextent.TheshallowearthquakeactivityofMS≥7.0intheChinesemainlandisobviouslycontrolledbytheseismicityinthebigtriangularseismicregionandbyglobalseismicityinalargerspatial-scale.Intermsofthetimeseriesoftheseearthquakes,theseismicityshowsadecadalandcentury-scaleactivitypatterns.

  • 简介:Addingdampersisacommonlyadoptedseismicriskmitigationstrategyformodernbuildings,andthecorrespondingdesignprocedureofdampershasbeenwellestablishedbytheChineseBuildingCode.Eventhoughalltypesofdampersaredesignedbythesameprocedure,actualseismicperformanceofthebuildingmaydifferfromonetotheothers.Inthisstudy,anine-storybenchmarksteelbuildingisestablished,andthreedifferentandtypicaltypesofdampersaredesignedaccordingtotheChineseBuildingCodetorealizestructuralvibrationcontrolunderstrongearthquakeexcitation.Theseismicresponseoftheprototypebuildingequippedwithaviscoelasticdamper,viscousdamperandbuckling-restrainedbrace(BRB)subjectedto10earthquakerecordsarecalculated,andIncrementalDynamicAnalysis(IDA)isperformedtodescribeprogressivedamageofthestructureunderincreasingearthquakeintensity.Intheperspectiveoffragility,itshowsthattheviscoelasticdamperhasthehighestcollapsemarginratio(CMR),andtheviscousdamperprovidesthebestdriftcontrol.BoththeBRBandviscoelasticdamperscaneffectivelyreducetheflooraccelerationresponsesinthemid-risebuilding.
