  • 简介:ThefatiguebehaviorofweldedstructuresiscurrentlydeterminedbymeansofrecommendationsdefinedintermsofS-Ncurvecorrespondingtothedetailclassesofweldedjointswithouttakingaccountoftheactualgeometryoftheweld.AnewfatiguestrengthassessmentmethodbasedonDangVanmultiaxialfatiguelimitcriterionwasintroduced,whichisnamedthelocalapproachandpresentedbyInstitutdeSoudurerecently.Thelocalapproachhasadvantagesintakingweldingresidualstressesandthegeometryoftheweldtoeandweldrootintoconsideration.TheapplicationofthelocalapproachtothefatiguestrengthassessmentoflowcarbonsteelQ235Bweldedjointswasstudied.ThefatiguetestsandfiniteelementanalysisresultsshowthatthelocalapproachparametersrecommendedbyInstitutdeSoudurewereincorrectlyforlowcarbonsteelQ235Bweldedjoints.Withaluminumalloyweldedjointsbeingusedwidely,theparametersofthelocalapproachusedforaluminumalloyweldedjointswereobtainedandverifiedonbasesofthefatiguetestsandfiniteelementanalysis.

  • 简介:Recoveryprocessesofsecondaryresourcesusuallyencounterproblemsbecauseofthediversecompositionsofwastes.Toenhancetheapplicabilityoftraditionalhydrometallurgicalprocesstowardsecondaryresources,theadjustmentofcomponentsisnecessary.Intraditionalhydrometallurgicalseparation,precipitationandcomplexationareextensivelyused.However,theircombinationasaspecificmetalseparationmethodhasnotyetbeenstudiedindetail.Thisapproachisverypromisingforsolvingproblemscausedbychangeablecomponentsduringrecyclingprocessesofsecondaryresources.Thispaperreviewstheeffectsofprecipitationandcomplexationinmetalseparationprocesses,andametalseparationmethodsystemof‘‘complexation–precipitation’’developedtoadjustthecomponentsofsecondaryresourcesisintroduced.

  • 简介:Inordertosolvethehigh-priceandshort-lifetimeproblemsofthecutterofagriculturalmachinery,andimprovethewearresistanceofthecutter,theTiCN/FemetalceramiccompositecoatingwaspreparedonthesubstrateofQ235steelbyreactionnitrogenarccladdingtechnique.ThemixturepowderoftitaniumandgraphitewaspreplacedontheQ235steelsurfaceafterintensivemixingbyplanetaryballmillandgluingwithstarchbinder.Themicrostructureandphaseofthecoatings,interfacebehaviorbetweencoatingsandthesubstratewereinvestigatedbyscanningelectronicmicroscopeandX-raydiffractometer.Themicro-hardnessdistributionofthecoatingsectionwastestedbymicro-hardnesstester.Frictioncoefficientandwearweightlossweremeasuredbyabrasionmachine.Wearingsurfacemorphologywasinvestigatedbyscanningelectronicmicroscope.TheresultsshowthatanexcellentbondingbetweenthecoatingsandtheQ235steelsubstrateisensuredbythestrongmetallurgicalinterfaceandphaseofthecoatings.ThecoatingsaremainlycomposedofTiCN.Thehighestmicrohardnessofthecoatingsreaches1089HVO.2,whilethemicro-hardnessofQ235steelsubstrateisonlyabout286HVO.2.Theanti-abrasivetestresultsshowthatthewearresistanceofthecladdingcoatingisbetterthanthatofquenchedandtempered65Mnsteelwhichisoftenusedascutterofagriculturalmachinery.ThefieldtestresultsshowthattheTiCN/Femetalceramiccompositecoatingpreparedbyreactionnitrogenarccladdingisfeasibletothemanufactureandremanufactureofthecutterofagriculturalmachinery.

  • 简介:AbstractInthisstudy,mesoporoussilica/ironoxidenanocomposite(MCM-Fe203)wassynthesizedviahydrother-maltechnique.ThechemicalsynthesisofMCM-Fe203nanocompositewasachievedat18h.Theeffectofconcen-trationoftetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)onnanocompositespropertieswasstudiedduringsynthesisprocess.Forthispur-pose,0.5,1.5,2.5,3.5,and4.5mltetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)wereselected,respectively.ThetexturalpropertiesandmicrostructureofthenanocompositeswerecharacterizedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD),Fouriertransforminfraredspec-troscopy(UF1R),fieldemissionscanningelectronmicroscopy(FESEM),N2adsorption-desorption,andvibratingsamplemagnetometer(VSM)analysis.Resultsshowthatthenanocom-positewithtetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)/cetyltrimethylam-moniumbromide(CTAB)ratioof5exhibitslargesurfaceareas(461.19mZ.gJ).Furthermore,thisnanocompositeshowssuperparamagneticbehaviorunderexternalmagneticfieldcomparedtoothersamples.Moreover,resultsofremovalofmetalionsindicatethatadsorptionofNi(II),Cd(II),Cr(III),Zn(II),andPb(II)ionsonthesurfaceofadsorbent(nanocom-posite)increaseswiththeincreaseinsolutionpH,contacttime,andadsorbentdosage.Furthermore,themaximumremovalratesofheavymetalsionsreach53.0%,79.0%,61.0%,89.0%,and99.5%atpHof5,timeof50min,andtheweightofadsorbentof0.16with2.5mlTEOS,respectively.
