A STUDY ON RADIATION CROSSLINKING OFPOLYDIMETHYLSILOXANE （PDMS） RUBBER LATEX-中国期刊网

摘要 Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)rubberlatexwithtwosortsofsensitizers,trimethylolpropanetri-methacrylate(TMPTMA)anddiethyleneglycoldi-acrylate(DEGDA),wasirradiatedwithγ-raysandelectronbeamsinvariousconditions.TheradiationcrosslinkingreactionofPDMSoccursintheinnerphaseofthelatexandisrelativelyisolatedfromthewaterphase.Thereforetheoxygenandtheradicalsproducedbytheradiolysisreactionofwateralmosthavenoeffectonthecrosslinkingreactionofpolymer.TheexperimentaldatacorrespondwiththeCharlesby-Pinnerrelationshipinthemain.Thegelationdoses,degreeofcrosslinkinganddegradationaswellasGvaluesofcrosslinkingwerecalculated.Fromthem,thesensitizationcoefficientswerederivedtoofferaquantitativemeasurementoftheenhancingeffectofsensitizerontheradiationcrosslinking.
