摘要 TheexperimentalapparatusofX-rayfluorescence(XRF)microprobeanalysisatBeijingSynchrotronRadiationFacility(BSRF)isdescribedUsingthebovineliverasthestandardreference.theminimumdetectionlimit(MDL)oftraceelementwasmeasuredtodeterminethecapabilityofbiologicalsampleanalysisbysynchrotronradiationXRFmicroprobe.TherelativechangeofthecontentofthemajorortraceelementinthenormalandtumorpartofhumanbonetissueslicewasinvestigatedTheexperimentalresultrelationtotheclinicalmedicinewasalsodiscussed.
