Commoneffectofwaveandslipofinternalheavyloadwillmakerollingoftheroll-onshipserious.Thisisoneoftheimportantreasonsforoverturnofro-roships.ThemultibodiesSystemwithafloatingbaseiscomposedofro-roshipandslippingheavyload.Thispapertakestherollingangleoftheshipandthetransversedisplacementoftheheavyloadondeskastwofreedoms.Makinguseofanalysisofapparentgravitationandapparentbuoyancy,thewaverollingmomentisderived.Byuseofdynamicmethodofmultibodiessystemwithafloatingbase,dynamicequationsofthesystemareestablished.Takingacertainchannelferryasanexample,asetofnumericalcalculationhavebeencarriedoutforrollingresponseoftheshipanddisplacementresponseoftheslippingheavyloadundercommoneffectofsynchro-slippingheavyloadsandwave.
