  • 简介:Bycombiningtheadvantagesoftheadditiveweightedmean(AWM)operatorandtheorderedweightedaveraging(OWA)operator,thispaperfirstpresentsahybridoperatorforaggregatingdatainformation,andthenproposesahybridaggregation(HA)operator-basedmethodformultipleattributedecisionmaking(MADM)problems.ThetheoreticalanalysesandthenumericalresultsshowthattheHAoperatorgeneralizesboththeAWMandOWAoperators,andreflectstheimportanceofboththegivenargumentandtheorderedpositionoftheargument.Thus,theHAoperatorcanreflectbetterrealsituationsinpracticalapplications.Finally,anillustrativeexampleisgiven.

  • 简介:Thepurposeofthisstudywastounderstandtheeffectofimplementingmultipleintelligence(MI)-basedinstructiononthesciencelearningmotivationandlearningachievementof7thgradejuniorhighstudents.Thisquasi-experimentalresearchstudyutilizedquestionnairesandtestsofsciencelearningmotivationandlearningachievement,andexaminedcollecteddatathroughuseofthestatisticalpackageforthesocialsciences(SPSS).Ananalysisofcovariance(ANCOVA)andat-testwereperformedinordertoexplorethedifferencesbetweenthesciencelearningmotivationsandlearningachievementsoftheexperimentalgroup(N=39),whoweresubjectedtoteachingbasedonMItheory,andthecontrolgroup(N=36),whoweresubjectedtotraditionallectures.Theresultsofthestudyshowthat,afterimplementingMI-basedinstruction,thestudentsintheexperimentalgroupsignificantlyoutperformedthoseinthecontrolgroupintermsofsciencelearningmotivation,sciencelearningvalue,andactivelearningstrategies,whilethestudentswithlowlearningachievementshowinganimprovementintheirlearningattitudethatallowedthemtodevelopapositivelearningattitudetowardbiologyclassesandraisedtheirclassparticipationandpreferenceforbiologyclasses.

  • 简介:AbacterialstrainWY047wasisolatedfromfermentedgrainsandthebacteriumwasidentifiedasBacillusamyloliquefaciens,basedonmorphological,biochemical,andphysiologicaltests,andanalysisof16SrRNAandgyrAsequences.TheculturesupernatantofWY047demonstratedinhibitionofawidespectrumofbacteria(GrampositiveandGramnegative)andfungi.Ninepairsofprimersweredesignedandsixgenes(bmyD,fenA,hag,ituA,mrsA,andtasA)ofantimicrobialsubstancesweredetectedbyPCR,oneofwhichwasisolatedby80%ammoniumsulfateprecipitation,D201resinanion-exchangechromatography,andSephadexG-75filtrationcolumn.Thepurifiedpeptidewasestimatedtobe35,207DaandidentifiedasflagellinbyMALDI-TOFmassspectrometry.AnotherfourantimicrobialsubstanceswereextractedwithmethanolandidentifiedasiturinA,fengycin,bacillomycinD,andmersacidinthroughtheliquidchromatography–massspectrometry(LC–MS)method.ThesixthpossiblepeptideencodedbytasAcouldnotbeisolatedinthisstudy;however,thebroaderspectrumsuggestedhugeapplicationprospects.
