  • 简介:目的:观察推拿结合牵引治疗青少年颈椎反弓的,临床疗效。方法:对40例青少年颈椎反弓患者进行推拿结合牵引的治疗。隔天治疗1次,10天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗前后颈椎曲度有显著改变,治疗后颈椎反弓纠正15例,明显改善20例,好转5例。结论:推拿结合牵引是治疗青少年颈椎生理曲度异常的有效方法。

  • 简介:Objective:Toobservethetherapeuticeffectofcombinedcervicaltractionandelectroacupuncture(EA)onCervicalSpondylopathyofNerveRootType(CSNRT).Methods:145patientsdiagnosedasCSNRTwererandomizedinto3groups:combinedtreatmentgroup,EAgroup,andcervicaltraction(CT)group.Thecombinedgroupwastreatedwithtractionfollowed2),etc..PatientsoftwocontrolgroupswereonlytreatedbyeitherCTorEA.Results:Themarkedly-effectiverateandtotaleffectiveratewere76.0%and94.0%respectivelyinthecombinedtreatmentgroup,62.5%and81.25%respectivelyinCTgroup,and63.82%and82.97%respectivelyinEAgroup.Thetherapeuticeffectofthecombinedtreatmentgroupwassignificantlysuperiortothatoftwocontrolgroups(P<0.05).At6-monthfollow-up,theabovetwomarkedly-effectiveandtotaleffectiveratesinthecombinedtreatmentgroupremained74.0%and92.0%,stillsignificantlyhigherthanthatintwocontrolgroups.Conclusion:CombiningcervicletractionwithEAtreatmentcaneffectivelyeliminateorrelievethesymptomsandsignsinpatientswithnerveroottypecervicalspondylopathy.

  • 简介:Purpose:ToobservethetherapeuticeffectofacupuncturecombinedwithtractionandQigongexercisefortreatmentofnerve-roottypecervicalspondylosis.Methods:Atotalof130nerve-roottypecervicalspondylosispatientswererandomlydividedintoacupuncture+traction+Qigong-exercise(ATQE)group(n=59),acupuncture+Qigong-exercise(AQE)group(n=40)andtraction+Qigong-exercise(TQE)group(n=31).MainacupointsusedwereFengchi(GB20)andcervicalJiaji(EX-B2)ontheaffectedside.Results:Afteronemonth'streatment,inATQE,AQEandTQEgroups,43(72.88%),18(45.00%)and12(45.16%)hadremarkableamelioration,14(23.72%),14(35.00%)and10(32.26%)wereeffective,and2(3.39%),8(20.00%)and7(22.58%)hadnoapparentchangeswiththetotaleffectiveratesbeing96.61%,80.00%and77.41%respectively.ThetherapeuticeffectofATQEgroupwassignificantlysuperiortothatofAQEandTQEgroups(P<0.01).

  • 简介:BackgroundAnimalmodelsofmyocardialinfarction(MI)havebeenwidelyusedtostudythepathologicalandphysiologicalchangesthatoccurinMI,andtoobjectivelyevaluatetheefficacyofnewtreatments.Theyareanimportanttoolinthisprocedure.However,themortalityrateofMIanimalmodelshassofarbeenhigherthaninreal-lifesituations.Theaimofthisstudywastoexploretheuseofamodifiedretrogradetractiontrachealintubation(MRTI)methodforincreasingthesuccessrateofMImodelsinrats.MethodsSixtymaleSprague-Dawleyratswereusedintheexperiment.UsingtheMRTImethodofartificialairwaygeneration,weestablishedtheMImodelbyligationoftheleftanteriordescendingbranchofthecoronaryartery.WeanalyzedtheeffectsofMRTI,theuseoflidocaine,operativedetails,nursingconsiderationsduringtheoperation,andpost-operativefactorsonthesuccessrateoftheMImodelinrats.ResultsThesuccessrateofgeneratinganMImodelinratscanbesignificantlyincreasedusingthefollowingmethods:1)SettinguptheartificialairwaythroughtheuseofMRTIbyusingasingle-lumencentralvenouscatheter;2)Selectingaligationsite2mmbelowthemidpointoftheconnectionbetweentheleftatrialappendageandthepulmonarycone;3)Addingadropoflidocainetothesurfaceofthehearttoslowdowntheheartrate,maketheoperationeasiertoperform,andpreventarrhythmiaspostoperatively;4)Clearingupairwaysecretionstimelybothintraandpostoperatively;5)Makingsurethatratsareinawarmstatebothintraandpostoperatively;6)Preventingwoundinfection.ConclusionsUseoftheMRTImethodcanquicklyestablishanartificialairwayinrats.Intraoperativeuseoflidocaine,selectingaprecisevascularligationsite,andappropriatecarebothintraandpostoperativelycanincreasethesuccessrateofMImodelgeneration.更多还原

  • 简介:ObjectivesToinvestigatetheeffectofelectricalstimulationduringabsoluterefractoryperiodoncontractionandrelaxationofventricularmyocytesfromnormalguinea-pigs.MethodsTheguinea-pigventricularmyocyteswereobtainedbyenzymedigesting,andtheextentofitscontractionandrelaxationandCa^2+transientwererecordedthroughthemotionedgedetectionsystem.Results①Thecontractingextentofguinea-pigventrieularmyocytesincreased15.45±6.48%,andthepeakvelocityofshorting(contraction)andthepeakvelocityofrelengthening(relaxation)increased15.97±8.37%and21.63±8.06%respectively(n=10);②Theextentofventricularmyocytesfluorescenceratio(360/380)(F360/F380)increased22.55±9.08%,andthepeakvelocityofventricularmyocytesF360/F380increased36.75±9.77%and23.62±4.47%duringshortingandrelengtheningrespectively(n=6).ConclusionsAppropriateelectricalstimulationmaystrengthenthenormalguinea-pigcontractingandrelaxingfunctionofventricularmyocytes.
