简介：ToconstructanexpressionvectorcontainingtheE1glycoproteingeneofrubellavirusforthestudyontheeffectofmutationoftheE1geneglycoproteinandtheanalysisofphylogeneticdifferencesofsequences,thegeneencodingtheE1envelopeglycoproteinwasamplifiedfromrubellavirus,JinanstrainJR23,byRT-PCRandligatedintoPMD-18Tvector.TheclonesthatcarriedtheE1genewereidentifiedafteramprselectionandanalysisofrestrictionenzymedigestion.AftersequencingthisgenewasanalyzedbyDanstarandWinstarprograms,andthemapofphylogenetictreewasdrawn.ThecloneofE1glycoproteinwasthusconstructed.ItwasfoundthatthesequencedifferencesbetweenJR23strainandtheTCRBstrainfromJapanandthosebetweenJR23strainandThomasstrainofEnglandwererathersmallwithdifferencevaluesof0.9%and1.2%respectively.YetthosebetweenJR23strainandBRD2strainfromBeijingandthosebetweenJR23strainandXG379strainfromHongKongwerecomparativelylargerwithdifferencevaluesof7.6%and7.3%respectively.ThesequenceofJR23strainwithotherstrainswaslessthan3%excepttheNCstrain(3.7%).ItconcludesthattheconstructionofE1glycoproteingeneoffersanapproachtostudytherelationshipbetweenstructuresandfunctionsofE1geneanditsgeneproducts.Inthephylogenetictree,itshowsthattherearesignificantdifferencesinthesequencesofrubellavirusisolatedinChina,andthismightbehelpfultodevelopaneffectivesubunitvaccine.

简介：摘要： 目的 总结 12例膀胱癌根治术后患者的护理经验。方法 分析 12例膀胱癌根治术后患者护理经验，其要点包括一般护理，泌尿造口的护理，心理护理及健康教育。结果 12例患者均未发生手术相关并发症，住院期间能够学会基本的自我护理，均治愈出院。结论 通过为术后患者提供精心优质的护理，积极预防并发症，促进患者康复，并提高其出院后的自我护理质量。

简介：Triptolideisanatural,biologicallyactivecomponentderivedfromChineseherbTripterygiumWilfordiiHookF.(TWHF)whichiseffectiveintheclinicaltreatmentofautoimmunediseases,however,themechanismsbywhichtriptolideexertsimmunosuppressionremainfullyunderstood.Theprimaryofthisstudyistodemonstratewhethertriptolidecanaffectphenotype,cytokineproductionandallogeneicTcell-stimulatorycapacityofdendriticcells(DCs)whicharecriticalintheinductionofimmuneresponseortolerance.PhenotypicanalysisshowthattriptolidedoesnotaffecttheexpressionofMHC(Ia^b),CD80,CD86andCD40ofDCstimulatedwithornotLPS,butsignificantlyinhibitsIL12p70productionbyDCinadose-dependentmanner.Triptolide-treatedDCsexhibitareducedcapacitytostimulateproliferationofallogeneicCD4^+Tlymphocytes.Therefore,triptolide-mediatedimmunosuppressionmaydue,inpart,totheinhibitionofIL-12p70productionandimpairmentofallogeneicTcell-stimulatorycapacityofDCs.Ourresultsmayprovideapossiblemechanisticexplanationfortheeffectivenessoftriptolideinthetreatmentofautoimmunediseases.

简介：【摘要】目的：研究妊娠12周、28周和34周补铁对孕妇贫血产后出血的影响。方法：在2018年3月-2020年1月期间，选取我院96例妊娠期缺铁孕妇，按照抽签法，将其分成参照组与实验组，每组48例；参照组给予常规保健，未进行补铁，实验组分别在12周、28周、34周及时补铁，观察两组贫血发生率及产后出血情况。结果：实验组12周、28周、34周血清铁蛋白、血红蛋白优于参照组，贫血及产后出血率发生率低于参照组，组间对比（P

简介：【摘要】：目的  了解盐城大丰区艾滋病流行病学特点，为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法  对中国疾病预防控制中心信息系统中的传染病监测系统及盐城大丰区HIV/AIDS个案调查资料进行统计分析。结果  2003-2022年，累计报告HIV/AIDS234例，年均报告率为1.77/10万，呈缓慢增长趋势；病例年龄以20～49岁为主，占81.20%；职业以工人、民工（农民）最多，占45.30%，其次为商业服务，占33.33%，学生占3.42%。性接触是最主要的传播途径，占99.14%，其中又以男男同性性行为感染为主，占71.12%。结论  医疗机构是发现HIV/AIDS病人的主阵地，加强医院住院检测、艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）和医务人员主动提供艾滋病咨询检测（PITC）工作，能多发现患者。
