简介:目的:研究DKK—1(Dickkopf—1)在神经母细胞瘤组织中的表达及临床意义。方法收集本院小儿外科自2010年1月至2015年5月经手术切除的新鲜组织标本,其中神经母细胞瘤(neuro-blastoma,NB)38例,神经节细胞瘤12例。另选取本院病理科保存的正常儿童肾上腺组织11例作为正常对照。用免疫组化法检测DKK—1在38例神经母细胞瘤,12例神经节细胞瘤及11例正常肾上腺组织中的蛋白表达。结果DKK—1蛋白定位于细胞膜和细胞浆。DKK—1在正常肾上腺组织中呈强阳性表达,在神经节细胞瘤组织中呈弱阳性表达,在神经母细胞瘤组织中呈阴性表达。神经节细胞瘤和神经母细胞瘤中DKK—1的表达量分别与正常对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在3种组织中,不同组间DKK—1的表达差异有统计学意义(F=187.257,P<0.001)。结论DKK—1在神经母细胞瘤组织中呈低水平表达,提示其可作为一个特殊的分子标记物,有望应用于神经母细胞瘤的早期诊断及预后监测。
简介:InthedischargeofEASTtokamak,itisobservedthat(2,1)neoclassicaltearingmode(NTM)istriggeredbymodecouplingwitha(1,1)internalmode.Usingsingularvaluedecomposition(SVD)methodforsoftX-rayemissionandforelectroncyclotronemission(ECE),thecouplingspatialstructuresandcouplingprocessbetweenthesetwomodesareanalyzedindetail.TheresultsofSVDforECErevealthatthephasedifferencebetweenthesetwomodesequalstozero.Thisisconsistentwiththeperfectcouplingcondition.Finally,performingstatisticalanalysisofγ1/1,ζ1/1andω2/1,wefindthatγ1/1moreaccuratelyrepresentsthecouplingstrengththanζ1/1,andγ1/1isalsostronglyrelatedtothe(2,1)NTMtriggering,whereγ1/1isthewidthof(1,1)internalmode,ζ1/1istheperturbedamplitudeof(1,1)internalmode,andω2/1denotesthemagneticislandwidthof(2,1)NTM.

简介:Anewspectralproblemisproposed,andnonlineardifferentialequationsofthecorrespondinghierarchyareobtained.Withthehelpofthenonlinearizationapproachofeigenvalueproblems,anewfinite-dimensionalHamiltoniansystemonR2nisobtained.Ageneratingfunctionapproachisintroducedtoprovetheinvolutionofconservedintegralsanditsfunctionalindependence,andtheHamiltonianflowsarestraightenedbyintroducingtheAbel-Jacobicoordinates.Atlast,basedontheprinciplesofalgebracurve,thequasi-periodicsolutionsforthecorrespondingequationsareobtainedbysolvingtheordinarydifferentialequationsandinversingtheAbel-Jacobicoordinates.
