Object:Toinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenchlamydiatrachomatis(CT)andurogenitalinfection.Method:PositiverateofCTinpatientswithinflammationofurogenitaltractwassignificantlyhigherthanthosewithoutinflammation(P<0.05).Result:Therewasstatisticaldifferenceinthemalesnomattertheywerepatientswithinflammationofurogenitaltractornot(P>0.05),whiletherewasnostatisticaldifferenceinfemales(P>0.05).Theincidenceoftheinfectionwashighamongthoseagingfrom21-50yearsold.Conclusion:TheclinicalmanifestationsofCTinfectionwereobscure,soweshouldexamineCTinpatientswhohavenosymptoms,especiallyinfemalesandthoseofhigh-riskpopulation.
