Inthispaper,theminimaldissipationlocaldiscontinuousGalerkinmethodisstudiedtosolvetheellipticinterfaceproblemsintwo-dimensionaldomains.Theinterfacemaybearbitrarysmoothcurves.ItisshownthattheerrorestimatesinL2-normforthesolutionandthefluxareO（h2｜logh｜）andO（h｜logh｜^l/2）,respectively.Innumericalexperiments,thesuccessivesubstitutioniterativemethodsareusedtosolvetheLDGschemes.Numericalresultsverifytheefficiencvandaccuracvofthemethod.
