摘要 Theoptimumparametersarecalculatedbythelargecross-sectiontheoryandmodecut-offequation.Theeffectonreversebiasvoltagesinanalysedbythedopingconcentrationinn^+-Si.Theissignificantbecausethereversebiasincreasessharplywhenthedopedconcentrationinn^+-Siislessthan1×10^20cm^-3.
