摘要
Basedontheassumptionthatarepresentativeelementofapearliticsteelisanaggregateofnumeroussphericalpearliticcolonieswithrandomlydistributedorientations,andthateachcolonyiscom-posedofmanyparallelfinelamellasofferriteandcementite,adescriptionforthedual-phasepearlilicsteelisobtainedbymakinguseofamicrostructure-basedconstitutiveequationforasingledual-phasepearliticcolonyandtheHill’sself-consistentscheme.Theelastoplasticresponseofdual-phasepearliticsteelBS11subjectedtoasymmetricallycyclicloadingisanalyzed,andacomparisonwiththeexperimentalresultsshowssatisfacto-ryagreement.Thenon-proportionalcyclicplasticityofBS11isalsoanalyzed,inwhichstressdevelopsalongasemi-circleinabiaxialtension/compressionandshearstressplane,asistypicallyexperiencedbythesur-faceelementsinrollingandslidingcontact.
