摘要 Astudyiscarriedoutonthestructuraldesignofwood-plasticcompositefloors.Thegeometricparametersofthecavities,thestructure,andthemeanstooptimizetheperformanceoftheselightboardsareinvestigated.Variousstructuralparametersoftheboards,suchassize,shape,andthepatternofcavitiesarealsostudied.Theoptimalstructurecanbedeterminedbycalculationandanalysisofthestrength,stiffness,weightandcostofthematerial.Afiniteelementmodelforthemechanicalanalysisofwood-plasticcompositefloorsisestablished;andtheresultsareusedtoverifythestrengthcriteriaunderbendingdeformation,whichisthemostcommonloadingconditionofflooringboard.
