Time-domain analysis for vibration and sound radiation of submerged spherical shell excited by force

摘要 Thevibrationandsoundradiationofasubmergedsphericalshellarestudiedinthetime-domainbyLaplacetransformmethod,whereaCWpulseforceactsattheapexoftheshell.Thenumericalresultsforthecaseoflongpulseshowthatthedifferentvibrationalmodesandtheresonantorbeatradiatedsoundareexcitedfordifferentcarrier-frequencies,butlitlesoundisra-diatedforsomevibrationalmodes.Forthecaseofshortpulsethewaveformsofthepulsebecomewidenedanddeformed,whenthepulsepropagatesbetweenapexesoftheshell.Then,theDoublyAsymptoticApproximations(DAA2)andKirchhoff‘sRetardedPotentialFormulate(KRPF)areusedtosolvethesameproblem.ItisshownthattheresultsofDAA2andKRPFmethodhaveagoodagreementwiththeresultsofLaplacetransformmethod.
