摘要 TheDonnelltheoryofshellisappliedtodescribeshellmotionandlayermotionisdescribedbymeansofthree-dimensionalNavierequations.Usingdeformationharmoniousconditionsoftheinterface,theeffectsofstiffenersandlayeraretreatedasreverseforcesandmomentsactingonthecylindricalshell.Instudyingtheacousticfieldproducedbyvibrationofthesubmergedring-stiffenedcylindricalcoatedshell,thestructuredynamicequation,Helmholtzequationinthefluidfieldandthecontinuousconditionsofthefluid-structureinterfacecomposethecou-plingvibrationequationofthesound-fluid-structure.Theextractofsoundpressurecomesdowntotheextractofcouplingvibrationequation.Byuseofthesolutionoftheequation,theinfluencesofhydrostaticpressure,physicalcharactersandgeometricparametersofthelayeronsoundradiationarediscussed.
