简介: 【摘 要】目的:探讨常规凝血检验项目对异位妊娠大出血输血治疗不良反应监测的价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院的 100例异位妊娠大出血输血患者,根据患者有无输血不良反应分为观察组和对照组,每组 50例,无不良反应的为观察组,有不良反应的为对照组,分析两组患者的凝血功能指标和血常规指標。结果:观察组患者凝血酶时间( 15.31±1.42) s,活化部分凝血活酶时间( 26.43±1.42) s,纤维蛋白原水平( 1.35±1.12) g/L,凝血酶原时间( 11.36±2.67) s,均低于对照组患者,而 PLT、 HCT、 RBC、 Hb水平均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:常规凝血检验项目可对异位妊娠大出血输血治疗不良反应有效监测。 【关键词】常规凝血检验项目 ;异位妊娠大出血输血 ;不良反应 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the value of routine blood coagulation test items in monitoring adverse reactions of blood transfusion treatment of ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage. Methods: 100 cases of blood transfusion patients with ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to whether the patients had adverse reactions, 50 cases in each group, the observation group without adverse reactions, and the control group with adverse reactions. The coagulation function indexes and blood routine indexes of the two groups were analyzed. Results: thrombin time (15.31 ± 1.42) s, activated partial thromboplastin time (26.43 ± 1.42) s, fibrinogen level (1.35 ± 1.12) g / L, prothrombin time (11.36 ± 2.67) s in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while PLT, HCT, RBC and Hb levels were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: routine blood coagulation test can effectively monitor the adverse reactions of blood transfusion in patients with ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage.
