简介:Inthispaper,awavelengthdivisionmultiplexing(WDM)transmissionsystemderivedfromthecoherentopticalorthogonalfrequencydivisionmultiplexing(CO-OFDM)withpolarizationdivisionmultiplexing(PDM)and16-orderquadratureamplitudemodulation(QAM)isstudied.Asimulationof80-channelWDMtransmissionsystemwithdatarateof200Gbit/sisbuilt,andthetransmissionperformanceofthesystemisanalyzed.ThesimulationresultsshowthatthesystemQvalueoftheWDMchannelsat16Tbit/swithaspectralefficiencyof7.14bit/s/Hzispotentiallyover10.0dBforalonghaultransmissionupto1800kminastandardsingle-modefiber.
简介:摘要目的探讨腹腔镜改良Bacon,s手术治疗低位直肠癌围术期护理方法。方法术前1日口服20%甘露醇250ml做肠道清洁。术前做好皮肤准备,尤其是脐部用棉签醮肥皂水清洗干净。术后进行肛周护理,定期扩肛、便后坐浴,保持各种引流管通畅,观察并记录引流量及引流液性质。结果42例手术均获成功,无中转开腹及副创伤。手术时间220~315min,术中出血20~280ml,术中肠管断缘病理切片无癌残留,本组病例保肛率100%,术后胃肠功能恢复时间3d,术后并发尿潴留1例,保留导尿管5d后恢复自行排尿。无其他并发症发生,术后住院7~9d。本组获随访,随访时间1~5a,局部无复发,腹壁Trocar的锥孔无肿瘤种植。术后3~6个月自主排便功能恢复。结论加强低位直肠癌腹腔镜改良Bacon,s手术围术期护理,能有效降低低位直肠癌术后并发症,促进排便功能恢复。
简介:基金项目国家自然科学青年基金(项目编号81102482)摘要目的构建人钙联蛋白S100A8的原核表达载体并进行蛋白表达及纯化,以便进一步研究。方法从人单核巨噬细胞THP-1中提取总RNA,逆转录后进行PCR,得到目的基因,与TA克隆载体pMD-T进行连接,得到pMD-S100A8质粒,经BamHⅠ和XhoI双酶切产物或者PCR产物双酶切后,与大肠杆菌pGEX-6P-1表达载体进行连接,得到pGEX-S100A8重组质粒。重组质粒转入E.coliBL21(DE3)表达菌进行蛋白表达。融合GST蛋白用GST柱纯化,冷冻干燥,进行下一步研究。结果成功构建了TA克隆质粒pMD-S100A8及阳性pGEX-S100A8重组质粒,成功诱导蛋白的原核表达。结论纯化得到的蛋白为进一步研究S100A8钙联蛋白的结构和功能提供了参考。
