简介:[摘要 ]目的 探讨适合我院重症专业护士的培训方案。方法 在专家座谈和回顾文献的基础上设计重症专业护士培训方案,通过预试验修改形成了的第1轮咨询问卷,向 24名专家进行咨询;结合第一轮问卷反馈结果和查询文献形成了第二轮咨询。结果 两轮问卷的应答率均为 100% ( 24 / 24 ),专家建议率依次为 70.8% ( 17/ 24 )、 66.7% ( 16/ 24)。专家熟悉系数、判断系数和权威系数分别为 0.895 、 0.82和 0.83 。在培训对象、培训师资、培训目标、培训时间、实践跟学课、培训课程、培训方式和程结业考核 8个方面的 69个条目中,专家达成一致性意见。结论 本研究的培训方案可靠性和现实指导性较强,有利于规范我院重症专业护士培训,保证重症专科护理人才建设和服务质量。

简介:Consideringutilizationoftheoriginalchromium-bronzematerial,twoprocessingtechniquesincludinghydraulicexpansionandhightemperaturevacuumweldingwereproposedfortheoptimizationofheat-sinkstructureinEAST.Theheattransferperformanceofheat-sinkwithorwithoutcoolingtubewascalculatedanddifferenttypesofconnectionbetweentubeandheat-sinkwerecomparedbyconductingaspecialtest.Itisshownfromnumericalanalysisthatthediameterofheat-sinkchannelcanbereducedfrom12mmto10mm.Comparedwiththeoriginalsample,thethermalcontactresistancebetweentubeandheat-sinkforweldingsamplecanreducetheheattransferperformanceby10%,whileby20%forthehydraulicexpansionsample.However,theweldingtechniqueismorecomplicatedandexpensivethanhydraulicexpansiontechnique.Boththeprocessingtechniqueandtheheattransferperformanceofheat-sinkprototypeshouldbefurtherconsideredfortheoptimizationofheat-sinkstructureinEAST.
简介:Fusionofsyntheticapertureradar(SAR)andforwardlookinginfrared(FLIR)imagesisanimportantsubjectforaerospaceandsensorsurveillance.ThispaperpresentsaschemetoachieveanaturalcolorimagebasedonthecontoursfeatureofSARandthetargetregionfeatureofFLIRsothattheoverallscenerecognitionandsituationalawarenesscanbeimproved.TheSARandFLIRimagesarefirstdecomposedintosteerablepyramids,andthecontourmapsintheSARimageandtheregionmapsintheFLIRimagearecalculated.Thecontourandregionfeaturesarefusedateachlevelofthesteerablepyramids.Acolorimageisthenformedbytransferringdaytimecolortothemonochromicimagebyusingthenaturalcolortransfertechnique.ExperimentalresultsshowthattheproposedmethodiseffectiveinprovidingacolorfusionofSARandFLIRimages.
