简介:摘要:火电脱硝技术是在20世纪70年代开发的一种烟气脱硝技术。是将氨气或尿素等还原剂喷入炉膛高温区域,与烟气中的氮氧化物进行选择性反应,将氮氧化物还原为氮气和水蒸气。在SNCR技术中,还原剂的喷射位置和反应温度是影响脱硝效率的关键因素。由于其具有投资少、技术成熟、脱硝效率高等优点,得到了广泛的应用。然而,随着国家对环保要求的不断提高,对氮氧化物排放的控制更加严格,对SNCR技术的可靠性提出了更高的要求。因此,有必要对SNCR脱硝技术进行改进和升级,以提高其脱硝效率和降低对环境的影响。伴随国家民生保供的要求,为了克服SNCR技术的尿素滴液电化腐蚀炉膛水冷壁管造成的爆管非停事件,一些改进的SNCR技术被开发出来
