简介:Inthepresentpaper,176casesoflumbarintervertebraldiscprotrusionaretreatedwithelectroacupuncture(EA)andtopicalheatirradiation.Localtender-pointisusedasthemainacupoint,combinedwithTunzhong,Tiaoyue,Weizhong(BL40)andYanglingquan(GB34).Thetreatmentisconductedoncedaily,with15sessionsbeingatherapeuticcourse.Followingtreatment,of176cases,46(26.1%)arecured,90(51.1%)haveprominentimprovement,35(19.8%)haveameliorationand5(2.8%)havenoapparentchanges,withatotaleffectiverateof97.0%.
简介:目的:观察推拿治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:87例患者根据就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗纽39例,采用推拿手法治疗;对照纽48例,采用颈椎牵引结合中频脉冲治疗。两组均每星期治疗3次,治疗10次为一个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈22例,显效13例,好转4例,显效率89.7%,总有效率100.0%;对照纽治愈23例,显效17例,有效7例,无效1例。显效率83.3%,总有效率97.9%。两组显效率及总有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义。治疗组平均治疗17.8次,对照组平均治疗26.6次。结论:推拿治疗颈椎间盘突出症疗效与牵引结合中频脉冲治疗相当,但推拿治疗具有见效快,疗程短的优势。
简介:Disccuttersarethemostcriticaltoolforexcavationbytunnelboringmachine(TBM).Basedontheenergyconservationlaw,finite-elementmodeling,andelastic–plasticcontinuumtheoryfortunnelingbyTBM,theinteractionbetweendisccuttersandrockmasswasexamined.First,thedisccuttermotionwasstudiedtoestablishthedisccutterstrainequationsasafunctionoftime.Second,byusingelastic–plastictheory,arockstrainmodelwasconstructed.Finally,athree-directionalforcemodelwithtime-varyingcharacteristicswasestablishedfordisccuttersduringrockbreaking.ThemodelwasappliedtotheQinlingMountainsTunneloftheLan-YuRailway.Modelcutterheadthrustandtorquevalueswerefoundingoodagreementwithactualdata.Inbrief,themodelcanbeusedtopredicttheTBMperformanceandexaminethemechanismofrockbreaking.
简介:Gainingathoroughunderstandingofthetheoreticalprinciplesofrockbreakingwithadisccutterisacriticalissueintunnelboringmachine(TBM)technology.Tofullyconsiderthecomplexityandimportanceofthebasicprinciplesofrockbreakingduringtunnelexcavation,inthispaperweuseanewmethod,thesmoothparticlehydrodynamics(SPH),tostudytherock-breakingmechanismandverifyitsaccuracyandfeasibility.UsingtheSPHmethod,weinducetherockfragmentationprocesswithtwocuttersinsynchronousandsequentialorders.Theresultsshowthatwhenthecuttersactonrocksequentially,thesecondindentationinfluencesthecrackevolutionofthefirstindentation.Withincreasedcutterspacing,thesecondcrackgraduallybecomesindependentofthefirstcrack.Undersynchronousactionofthetwocutters,abursiformnucleusisgeneratedbeneaththecuttersandtheareaofthenucleusincreaseswithincreasedcutterspacing.Whetherthecuttersactontherocksequentiallyorsynchronously,wefoundtheoptimumcutterspacingofourchosenrocktypetobe60mm.Ouranalysesresultsshowthattheefficiencyofsequentialrockcuttingissuperiortosynchronouscutting,bothwithrespecttocrackevolutionandcutterforce.
