简介：HighperformanceliquidchromatographywithaC18reverse-phasecolumnwasusedtoseparatethefivecomponentsincoughsyrup,includingacetaminophen,p-aminophenol,caffeine,chlorphenaminemaleateandguaifenesin.Themobilephaseconsistsof15wi%acetonitrile,0.004mol/Lsodiumheptylsulfonate,0.03mole/Lpotassiumdi-hydrogenphosphateandtriethylamine(volumeratio13:40:44:3),thepHofwhichisadjustedto3.0byphosphoricacid.Thecontentsofthefivecomponentsareanalyzedonanultravioletspectropho-tometerat254nm,withaflowrateof0.4mL/min.Theresultsshowthatthecalibrationcurvesarelinearinacertainrange.Theaveragerecoveryoffivecomponentsisbetween96.31%and102.3%.
