简介:ThemicewerefedwithwaterdissolveddifferentlevelY^3+(0,23.25,2325.00mg·L^-1)forsevenmonths,andthelevelsoftraceelementssuchasCu,Zn,Mn,Fe,Mg,NiandCoinbrainsofF1generationmicewerethendeterminedbyPOEMS.Theresultsshowthat,comparedwithcontrol,significantdecreasesinlevelsofFeandNi,increaseinlevelofCoareobserved,whichsuggestedthatY^3+mayhaveaneffectonthemetabolismanddistributionofsometraceelementsinbrain,andthenleadtochangesofphysiologicalfunction.
