简介:目的观察肝动脉As2O3碘油栓塞对兔肝移植瘤凋亡及增生细胞核抗原表达及微血管密度(MVD)的影响.方法32只家兔肝内肿瘤种植后2周,随机分4组,经肝动脉插管分别给予不同处理,实验设生理盐水灌注组(A组)、单纯碘油栓塞组(B组)、阿霉素碘油栓塞组(C组)及As2O3碘油栓塞组(D组).治疗后1周,免疫组化方法测定肿瘤区的MVD值及增生细胞核抗原的表达,原位末端标记法检测肿瘤的凋亡指数.结果治疗后1周,单纯碘油栓塞及阿霉素碘油栓塞组,残余肿瘤区的MVD略有升高,与生理盐水对照组相比,统计学无显著性意义;As2O3碘油栓塞组残余瘤区MVD减低,与其他组相比差异具有显著性意义.各组凋亡指数和增殖指数分别为1.53±0.42、2.66±0.54、2.91±0.32、3.44±0.65和60.8±15.5、42.4±11.2、40.6±8.8、28.5±5.7,两者存在负相关.结论As2O3碘油栓塞可以通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤细胞增生发挥抗肿瘤效应,As2O3碘油栓塞可以抑制残余肿瘤的血管新生.
简介:摘要目的探讨三氧化二砷(As2O3)对胃癌侵袭转移及血管形成的抑制作用及作用机制。方法购置人胃癌细胞系SGC-7901细胞作为研究对象,随机将细胞放置在2个试管中,标记为对照组和As2O3组。对照组不给予药物处理,观察组给予As2O3进行处理干预,两组均完成72 h培养。采用MTT比色法测定两种细胞增殖活力;采用Transwell小室实验测定两种细胞侵袭迁移能力;采用免疫细胞化学法测定两种细胞微血管密度(MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达,比较两种细胞侵袭转移及血管形成。结果两种细胞0 h细胞增殖能力比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);As2O3组人胃癌细胞系SGC-7901细胞1 、2、3、4 d细胞增殖能力均低于对照组(P均<0.05);As2O3组人胃癌细胞系SGC-7901细胞迁移数量为(9.48±0.73),少于对照组的(15.94±2.14),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);As2O3组人胃癌细胞系SGC-7901细胞MVD阳性计数及VEGF蛋白平均光密度均低于对照组(P均<0.05);免疫组化结果:对照组细胞MVD及VEGF阳性着色均为棕黄色,MVD表达阳性多位于细胞边缘部位且分布弥散;VEGF表达于胞浆/包膜;而As2O3组表达量降低。结论As2O3用于胃癌细胞中能发挥良好作用,可抑制胃癌细胞侵袭转移,抑制肿瘤血管形成,能为胃癌治疗提供新的思路和方法。

简介:本文制备了Bi2O3-Ni2O3纳米粉末,对其结构进行了表征,并研究了制备的纳米粉末对苯光催化降解的影响因素。结果表明:制备的纳米粉末由Bi2O3和Ni2O3复合而成,经750℃焙烧的光催化剂对苯光催化降解活性最高;水蒸气的加入和氧气的增加,都能促进苯的降解率增大;由Langmuir-Hinshelwood动力学模型得出苯的光催化降解反应的吸附常数和反应速率常数分别为0.1398L·μmol^-1和0.0024μmol·L-1·min^-1。
