简介：Onthebasisofapparentelasticitymethod,wederivedtheequiva-lentcircuitofcouplingvibrationofashortcolumnanddiscusseditsfrequencyequationandtheeffectsoftheloadimpedanceontheresonantfrequencyoftheshortcolumn.Bytheequivalentcircuit,wecalculatedtheinputmechanicalimpedanceofthelongitudinally-excitedshortcolumnandthecurvesoftheap-parentvibrationvelocityratioversusthegeometricaldimensionsofthecolumn.Itshowsthattheequivalentcircuitmethodisasimpleandconvenientonetoanalyzeandcalculatethecouplingvibrationoftheshortcolumn.
