简介：目前我国失能老人增多,政府须加快探索建立老年长期护理服务体系以满足老人不断增长且日益多样化的护理需求。本文通过对S市老年长期护理服务体系的现状进行分析,运用社会支持理论,提出要建立和完善'家庭—社区—机构'三维长期护理服务支持体系,并通过长期护理保险制度衔接家庭、社区、机构三方的护理功能,使老年人融入一个完整的社会支持网络,以满足日常照料、健康照护、社会交往和精神慰藉等基本需求。
