Inthispaper,anequationsystemofelectrohydrodynamics(EHD)basedonthefluidmotionequationsisdiscussed.Emphasisisputontheeffectsofelectricalforceandsurfacetensionuponthefluidmotion.TheMarkerandCellmethodisusedtosetupacomputationalsimulationprogramofelectricallydrivenmotionoffluid.Withthehelpoftheprogram,acylindricalfluidundertheinfluencesofelectricalfieldandsurfacetensionhasbeencalculated.Theresultisingoodagreementwiththeexperimentalobservation.
