Seedgerminationprocesshascloselyrelationwithmaterialtransformationandenergyexchangewithintheseed.Studyonitsthermaleffectisimportantforunderstandingthemechanismandtheinfluencingfactorsoftheseedgermination.ThethermogeneticcurvesofseedgerminationofRobiniapseudoacaciawasmeasuredbyanew-typeconductivemicrocalo-rimetermadeinWuhanUniversity.Therelationshipwasanalyzedbetweenthegerminationthermogeneticregulationandseedgerminationphysiology.ThethermogenticcurveswerefurtheranalyzedbythermokinetictheorytoobtainthedynamicparametersandthethermokineticmodelonseedgerminationofRobiniapseudoacacia.Therelationshipofthethermogeneticpower(μw)andthegerminationtime(h)ofthegerminationprocessof20grainsRobiniapseudocaciaseedsat25℃wasP=208.77/[0.1937+0.8063exp(-0.06563t)]
