Abstract.OnthebasisofclassificationofgeographicalpropertiesarollingdevelopmentgoalprogrammingmodelisformulatedincorrespondencewiththeecopatterngroupinFour-LakeArea.Inthismodel,thecontrolofschistosomiasisandstrengthen-Lugofthedrainage-storagefunctionarebothregardedasecologicalmeasuresduringtheprocessofmulti-year(r0)ecologicaleconomicrollingdevelopmenttomaketheecoagrlculturalsysteminthisareaintoastablyoperating,ordered,andgoodcyclicsystemunderthesupportofsomecontrollablefactors.
