Theguaranteedcostcontrolproblemfornetworkedcontrolsystems(NCSs)isaddressedundercommunicationconstraintsandvaryingsamplingrate.Firstofall,asimpleinformation-schedulingschemeispresentedtodescribetheschedulingapproachofsystemsignalsinNCSs.Then,basedonsuchaschemeandgivensamplingmethod,thedesignprocedureindynamicoutputfeedbackmannerisalsoderivedwhichrenderstheclosedloopsystemtobeasymptoticallystableandguaranteesanupperboundoftheLQperformancecostfunction.
