ThelowresistancePTCceramicthermistormaterialwithexcellenteleectricalpropertiesaresuccessfullyfabricatedbyrawmaterialsatindustrialrangemadeinourcountryonthestudyofitscompositionexpressionandfabricationprocessbyusingtheadditionofNb,La,Y,Ta,microstructureregulatorBNandASTLphase.Thecompositionanditsfabricationmethodarestudied.TherelationofelectricalpropertiesofthePTCceramicmaterialtoitscompositionexpressionanditsrelatedelectricalpropertiesarediscussed.
