Thispaperconcernstheproblemofobjectsegmentationinreal-timeforpickingsystem.Aregionproposalmethodinspiredbyhumanglancebasedontheconvolutionalneuralnetworkisproposedtoselectpromisingregions,allowingmoreprocessingisreservedonlyfortheseregions.Thespeedofobjectsegmentationissignificantlyimprovedbytheregionproposalmethod.Bythecombinationoftheregionproposalmethodbasedontheconvolutionalneuralnetworkandsuperpixelmethod,thecategoryandlocationinformationcanbeusedtosegmentobjectsandimageredundancyissignificantlyreduced.Theprocessingtimeisreducedconsiderablybythistoachievetherealtime.Experimentsshowthattheproposedmethodcansegmenttheinterestedtargetobjectinrealtimeonanordinarylaptop.
