In2010,thefirstoffshorewindturbinewithintegratedinstallationwasestablishedinQidongseaareaofJiangsuProvince,China,whichledtotheimplementationphaseofone-step-installationtechniquebasedonthedesignandconstructionoflarge-scalebucket-top-bearing(LSBTB)bucketfoundation.ThecriticaltechniqueofLSBTBbucketfoundationincludedself-floatingtowing,penetrationwithadjustmentofhorizontallevelness,removabilityandone-step-installation.Theprocessofone-step-installationincludedtheprefabricationofLSBTBbucketfoundationinonshoreconstructionbase,installationanddebuggingofwindpower,overallwatertransportationoffoundationandwindpowersystem,andinstallationoffoundationandoffshorewindturbineontheappointedseaarea.Thecostofone-step-installationtechniquewasabout5000Yuan/kW,whichwas30%-50%lowerthanthatoftheexistingtechnique.TheprefabricationofLSBTBbucketfoundationtookabouttwomonths.Duringtheone-step-installationprocess,theinstallationanddebuggingofwindpowerandoverallwatertransportationneedaboutonetotwodaysinseaareawithin35mdepth.Aftertheproposedtechniqueisindustrialized,thecostwillbefurtherreduced,andtheinstallationcapacityisexpectedtobeupto500windturbinesperyear.
