Thephotoelectrochemicalbehaviorofpolyaniline（PAn）filmwasstudiedinaqueouselectrolytesolutioncontainingFe（CN）63-/Fe（CN）+4-redoxcouple.ItwasfoundthatPAnfilmspossessthepropertiesofp-typesemiconducterandacathodicphotocurrentashighas700μA/cm2wasobservedwhenirradiatedunderpolychromaticlightof100mW/cm2.
