Althoughthestructuredlightsystemthatusesdigitalfringeprojectionhasbeenwidelyimplementedinthree-dimensionalsurfaceprofilemeasurement,themeasurementsystemissusceptibletonon-linearerror.Inthiswork,weproposeaconvenientlook-up-table-based(LUT-based)methodtocompensateforthenon-linearerrorincapturedfringepatterns.Withoutextracalibration,thisLUT-basedmethodcompletelyutilizesthecapturedfringepatternbyrecordingthefull-fielddifferences.Then,aphasecompensationmapisestablishedtorevisethemeasuredphase.Experimentalresultsdemonstratethatthismethodworkseffectively.
