OnOctober18,2018,theChinaGeologicalSurveylaunchedaprojectoftheNationalKeyResearchandDevelopmentProgramofChina,entitled"PredictionandDeepExplorationDemonstrationofGoldPolymetallicDepositsintheJiaodongandLiaodongAreaswithintheNorthChinaCraton".Forthisproject,WulongandBaiyun-XiaotongjiapuyiinJiaodong,aswellasthenorthernZhaopingbeltsofLiaodong,werechosenasoreprospectingdemonstrationareas(Fig.1).
