Inlongtermevolution(LTE)uplinksinglecarrierfrequencypisionmultipleaccess(SC-FDMA)system,therestrictionthatmultipleresourceblocks(RBs)allocatedtoausershouldbeadjacent,makestheresourceallocationproblemhardtosolve.Moreover,withthepracticalconstraintthatperfectchannelstateinformation(CSI)cannotbeobtainedintime-varyingchannel,theresourceallocationproblemwillbecomemoredifficult.Inthispaper,anefficientresourceallocationalgorithmisproposedinLTEuplinkSC-FDMAsystemwithimperfectCSIassumption.Firstly,theresourceallocationproblemisformulatedasamixedintegerprogrammingproblem.Thenanefficientalgorithmbasedondiscretestochasticoptimizationisproposedtosolvetheproblem.Finally,simulationresultsshowthattheproposedalgorithmhasdesirablesystemperformance.
