摘要
CalciumhydroxytitanateformedinBayerdigestionprocessofchinesediasporicbauxitewasstudied.InterplanarspacingsofcalciumhydroxytitanatecrystalweredeterminedbyXRDanalysis.Onlyoneendothermicpeakoccursat550～560℃ontheDTAcurveofthiscompound.IRspectrometrystudyhasrevealedthathydroxyldoesexistincalciumhydroxytitanateinsteadofcrystalwater.ObservationunderSEMhasindicatedthatitscrystalgrainsareintheshapeofregularhexagonalplateswith2～8μminedgelengthandlessthan1μminthickness.TheinfluencesofvariousdigestionconditionsontheformationandtransformationofcalciumhydroxytitanateandotherCa-Ti-containingcompounds,suchaslimeaddition;contentanddistributionstateofTiO2inbauxite;digestiontemperatureandretentiontime,werefurtherstudied.
