摘要
Theeffectofweldingcurrentontheweldshapeandtensileshearloadduringlaserbeam-resistanceseamwelding(LB-RSW)ofaluminumalloy5052isstudied.Experimentalresultsshowthatthepenetrationdepth,weldwidth,tensileshearloadandtheratioofpenetrationdepthtoweldwidthofLB-RSWarebiggerthanthoseoflaserbeamwelding(LBW)underthesameconditionsandtheformerthreeparametersincreaseasweldingcurrentrises.TheweldshapeofLB-RSWbelow5kAweldingcurrentisnearlythesameasthatofLBW.Theweldmorphologyisprotuberantundertheconditionof5kAweldingcurrentand0.8m/minweldingspeed.Furthermore,themicrostructureoftheweldseamofLB-RSWiscoarserthanthatofLBW.
