摘要
摘要延展性护理是整体性护理干预的外延部分,是住院护理的延伸和扩展,目的在于使患者在出院后的恢复期也能够得到持续的卫生保健服务,从而促进疾病的早日的康复,减少再次住院需求.对于维持性透析合并高血压患者来讲,更需要通过延展性护理增强其对高血压的防控能力,改变不良行为习惯,改善生活质量,保证治疗效果.本次研究通过对比分析延展性护理与常规护理发现,延展性护理的血压控制效果更加显著,值得推广.关键词延展性护理;维持性透析;高血压;家庭血压监测Abstractnursingistheextensionofholisticnursingintervention,theductilityisanextensionofhospitalcareandextension,thepurposeistomakepatientsafterdischargeofrecoverywillalsobeabletogethealthcareservices,therebypromotingdiseaserehabilitationassoonaspossible,reducetherequirementofthehospitalreadmission．Formaintenancedialysispatientswithhypertension,needthroughextendedcaremoreenhancethecapacityofitspreventionandcontrolofhighbloodpressure,changethebadbehaviorhabits,improvethequalityoflife,toensureeffectivetreatment．ThisresearchthroughductilityanalysisofnursingandcoKnevyenwtioorndaslcarefoundthatductilitycaremoresignificanteffectofbloodpressurecontrol,isworthpromoting．ductilitynursing;Maintenancedialysis．Highbloodpressure．Homebloodpressuremonitor;Nursingintervention中图分类号R５４１．２文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０１９９－０２
