摘要 Abstract:Thecrackleofriceemergesfrequentlyduringdryingfromheatingpower.Variousfactorsaffectingricecracklewereanalysedanddiscussed.Itshowedthattheeffectivewaytoreducethericedryingcrackleshouldbeproperdryingtemperatureandspeedaswellasrationaldryingtechnology.
