ObjectiveToobservethescopolamineonthelullationofpentobarbitalsodiumofmice.MethodsTookthreegroupsinmice,thenthegroupofchloramphenicol(25mg·kg^-1),thegroupofscopolamine(0.06mg·kg^-1),andthegroupof0.9%sodiumchloride,injectedtheequalcapacityofdrugforleaveeachother.After30minutes,theinjectionofpentobarbitalsodium(40mg·kg^-1)wasperformedonmice,toobservethetimeoflullpreserveonmice.ResultsThegroupinjectedwithchloramphenicol(25mg·kg^-1)haveextendedthetimeofthelullpreserveofmicecomparedwith0.9%sodiumchloride,ithasanabsolutedistance.Thegroupofinjectedwithscopolamine(0.06mg·kg^-1)havestrongationofincreasedthetimeoflullpreserveonmicecomparedwith0.9%sodiumchloride.Ithasabsolutedistance.ConclusionsThescopolaminehasinhibitoryeffectontheactivityofhepaticmicrosomalenzyme,ithasincreasethetimeoflullpreserve.
