摘要
Polyethyleneimine(PEI)functionalizedFe3O4MNPsweresynthesizedbyamodifiedhypothermaloxidativehydrolysismethod.Themagneticnanoparticlesshowedpositivelychargedsurface,strongmagneticresponsivityanduniformparticlesizedistributionat56.1±0.6nm.Aggregationofthesemagneticnanoparticleswereobservedonthesurfaceofdifferenttypeofbacteria.Magneticcapturingofbacteriawerefacilitatedbythesemagneticnanoparticles.Thecapturingefficiencycouldreach90%aftertworoundsofinteractionsof5minutes.ThemechanismandprocessofinteractionsbetweenbacteriaandpolyethyleneiminefunctionalizedFe3O4magneticnanoparticleswereexploredanddiscussed.ThepresentstudynotonlyprovidesinsightintointeractionsbetweenFe3O4@PEIMNPsandbacterialcells,butalsoopensanewavenuefordesigningandapplyingFe3O4@PEIMNPsasbiosensorsinmicrobiology,medicine,andenvironmentalscience.
