摘要 ThispaperbrieflyreviewsmainprogressintheresearchonlithosphericstructureandcontinentalgeodynamicsmadebyChinesegeophysicistsduringlast4yearssince22ndIUGGgeneralassemblyinJuly1999.Theresearchmainlycoversthefollowingfields:investigationsonregionallithosphericstructure,DSSsurveyofcrustanduppermantlevelocitystructure,studyonpresent-dayinnermovementanddeformationofChinesemainlandbyanalyzingGPSobservations,geodynamicsofQingzangplateau,geophysicalsurveyoftheDabie-Suluultra-highpressuremetamorphicbeltandprobingintoitsformationmechanism,geophysicalobservationsinsedimentarybasinsandstudyontheirevolutionprocess,andplatedynamics,etc.
